He told me to call FedEx directly because he had no further information. So, I call FedEx to submit and inquiry about the location of the package only for them to tell me that they had not received the package AT ALL. I called Postal World, talked to the owner again asking him where had he delivered the package. He told me he had delivered it to a FedEx drop of location on Montana & Airway. I called this location and they had not received the package either. I called Postal World for the THIRD TIME only to find out that the owner had LIED to me all this time and that HE HAD THE PACKAGE ALL ALONG. He gave me the excuse that he was having "personal issues and had gotten confused." When I told him I was unhappy with the situation and that I had paid for a Sunday delivery, he was RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL . HE MADE NO EFFORTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND HE HANGED UP ON ME!
