It is time to take action against T-mobile. They think that they can force you to pay them for products you have not received. I join T-mobile two years ago and had automatic payment, purchased a phone for my husband and paid for it. Recently, I tried to buy a phone for myself. I was not home but an empty box was sent to my home. I reported this and the phone was automatically charged to my bill without an investigation. I have turned it over to my attorney. Shenice did a great job. She was patient and never made us feel rushed, even when we decided to get a different phone at the end of our order. The customer service she provided was fantastic. There were only two employees in the store, and both were giving their full attention the their current customer. I would recommend making an appointment online, as it will be slow. The speed is not due to incompetence, rather it is because the employees are willing to help the customers completely. read more

I love my T-Mobile service, but I have only delt with them online and over the phone. They are incredible. However, I was simply trying to update my sim card because I bought a new phone and a very nice representative over the phone gave me a credit and told me to pick it up in the store. I ended up at this location. There was a saleswoman at this store who straight up lied to me. She told me I needed to upgrade my plan right away and I was not paying what I thought I was. She wanted me to go off a very good plan that I have been grandfathered into that T-Mobile no longer offers. She was pushy, rude, and dishonest. I left the store quitely and called customer service and they were kind enough to just mail me the sim card. This is individual store is not an institution worthy of Howard County standards of integrity and civility. read more

Scammer agents. Went in yestrday Sunday to take the a32 samsung promo. Upon arrival they verbally confirmed they have 2 in stock. There were 3 customers and none were getting the samsung a32. The female African American agent looked at the phone and was trying to not accept it but tmobile official policy was it needs to be functional which it was. She goes to the backroom, uses her manager to come up with excuses not to accept. I showed her policy on tmobile website and she obliged to trade in. Then she has the audacity to tell me they sold out of a32. Sleazy agent said it got sold, upon challenging her of how, if there was 2 in stock how'd it get sold, she said the system must have sold it. Scammer must just kept for themselves. Been a tmobile customer for 14 years and these Sleazy agent keeping the a32 for themselves and unprofessional to customers. Totally unacceptable. Went to the other store in catonsville and they were professional and provided service unlike these scammers. read more

Last few months their service had gone worst, in the medial of the city no signal at all. it so bad that you can't even talk to anymore. One of the basic purpose to keep the phone to talk and stay connected but Tmobile has become just "kool" bundles but if you are looking for reliable T-MOBILE is NOT your answer.... read more

So... I had to add funds in person to my account. I couldn't pay using the phone, since they hadn't sent what used to be the usual alert text. And T-Mobile's website had been down for at least two days. If I was able to log in at all, it still wouldn't load the "pay with credit card" page. Every time, the page was "extraordinarily busy", and I should try again later. For two days?! At the very least?!?! Then I had to try two different locations. At the Ellicott City one, I found a note on the door: they're were closed "for several days" due to "the construction" of which I could see no evidence at all. I was invited to visit their location "in Catonsville". They didn't bother providing an address. I found it eventually, but that adventure is a separate review. The only reason they got two stars is that I'd gone there several times in the past. The staff was always friendly and helpful with whatever issue I was having at the time. They were even helpful for non-sales issues. I'm probably going to switch carriers soon. Besides their website not working, their signal strength has been crappy of late. If you're thinking of switching to T-Mobile, don't, and warn anyone you know who is. read more

I was so pleased with the service from this location. They were so helpful, cheerful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They took their time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was helped by JW and Francis. They were even handing out socks, hats, and bandanas! This place was fantastic. I had a amazing experience with Paolo while in the store. Followed up by the Store Manager, Steven checking in to verify that my experience was up to the highest standards. I was able to speak with him and never have I had a Cell Phone store call and genuinely care that I was as 100% satisfied with the store's service. Kudos to Paolo and Steven. We were LIED to. This store is dishonest and the manager STEVE is a fraud. We have filed a fraud report with t-mobile. STEVE, the manager would not sell us a phone (he said he could not get his computer to work). He told us to come back later. I told him, never mind, I could just go home and order the phone directly from T-Mobile. He told me that I couldn't do that because he could not give me the +55 plan unless we bought the phone from him (LIE). When my husband returned a few days later, he gave my husband the phone, and told us he would call us when his computer was working. My husband return to this store 6 times to pay for the phone. STEVE just kept telling him he was "working on the problem". A month later my T-mobile bill came in: it contained a lease with a FORGED signature on the phone we attempted to purchase. The lease was for $50.00 more than the price of the phone. Never again STEVE. I can make this post on every single social media site. read more
