All nice till after sale. Then, very rude, not helpful at all Did not do what they said they would. "We can transfer your phone data seamlessly" Not, guy didn't know what he was doing. Waited a long time for him to do it. Then upon inspection, lost a YEAR of data, phone numbers were not transferred right, lost contacts. Called t mobile customer service and was told to try another location. Went to the Miller Lane location. Talked to manager Grant. He went over and above what I expected. Spent the time to help. Saved our account because after the Fairfield location. We were ready to find another company. Thanks a million Grant! Don't waste your time at Fairfield location. read more

What is so damn hard about keeping up with all the colored phones that people want in stock?! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and every single time I go to upgrade they NEVER have the phone in the color that I want!!! If I'm paying this kind of money than it should be EXACTLY what I want! I have 4 people on my plan and only ONE of us walked out with the phone they wanted.... Unless I payed MORE MONEY OF COURSE to have them ordered and wait for 3 weeks! This is the 4th time that this is happened and I'm seriously considering on taking my business elsewhere. read more

T--Mobile's services are about as good as it gets and in direct contrast to horrendous services received from other customer NO service cell phone providers. We were adding my mother-in-Law to our plan and the gentleman who helped us was great. He helped her figure out which phone (her first smart phone) would be best for her and then added her. This process did take almost two hours, but that mostly because she was asking a ton of questions and because her current phone was so old it was having problems transferring her information to the new phone. Without any biases I can confidently say that T-Mobile has changed SIGNIFICANTLY in the past 2 years. Their coverage with their new 700 band frequency penetrates buildings and gives larger areas of coverage. Keep in mind when looking at these reviews, these reviews were posted YEARS ago. I would not have recommended T-Mobile 3 years ago, but now they are quickly taking over! Since John Legere took over as CEO, they've cut prices, eliminated contracts, started the #unCarrier movement, and quadrupled their coverage in the last 3 years. Give them a shot. Just FYI - switched to T-Mobile after 10 years with Verizon, and I was appalled at how bad the cell reception and data services were throughout the Dayton area. But for store specific info here at the Beavercreek location, I was misled and lied to by Cole, a salesperson. I specifically asked what fees I would incur if I didn't like the service, and he said nothing if all is returned in 14 days. Specifically, he said there would be a $50 restocking fee on the phones (I bought two) ONLY if it was an equipment problem. If it was a coverage issue, what I had all over Dayton, the restocking fee wouldn't apply. I go to return the new phones, and get charged the restocking fee. I spoke directly to Cole and asked him, he said "I don't remember saying that, you must have misunderstood." After being nervous of switching to a new carrier after 10 years, I asked an hour's worth of questions and this was covered, and I repeated back what I had heard. He confirmed this. Then lied directly to me when it came time to return. I lost $100 because I wanted to leave T-Mobile from their bad service. Their advertisement is flashy and prices look good - but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Thanks for the lesson, T-Mobile. Shoppers beware of T-Mobile. But if you must, I highly recommend not doing business with Cole if you're wanting honest representation of the company. read more

Beware! Record everything they tell you, because it's hard to argue without proof. Before signing anything, make them show you what your first bill will look like and how the credit will be applied. Again, have that in writing. read more

We finally changed to TMobile when the Samsung Galaxy S9 came out. 2018. I made the change at Costco in Centerville with Mike. It was great. I had to do some follow-up at the TMobile store in Beavercreek. It was a good experience. I have no regrets. We have great coverage and save so much money over our previous carrier. We enjoy the TMobile Military One plan. TMobile used to have a bad reputation, but they have come a long way and we are so happy we make the change. Beavercreek location is easy to get to, nice and clean. Probably need more seating. read more

So here is our story. If I could give less than a star I would. In February 2015 my girlfriend and I were looking to combine phone plans on one service and got brought to T-Mobile for their 2 lines fully unlimited for $100 per month. This was the worst adult decision i have ever made! We got phones ordered in and the first day they ordered me the wrong phone! Instead of waiting another 3 weeks for a new phone I dealt with the bigger than I wanted iPhone 6 plus. No big deal. Service started and while in town it was fine, service outside the city was awful! I mean, we knew T-Mobile was expanding but wow! I lost calls just driving to work in Dayton. Next issue came in billing, we were told $100 per month for unlimited calls, texts and data, this was a LIE! After the cost of phones and insurance we thought the bill would come to around $170 per month, NO the bill came in and we were being charged $235, FOR TWO LINES! If that's not ridiculous enough we got convinced to back down to 3gb each the following month and the bill still came in over $200! After arguing endlessly with customer service and the reps in the store (who are completely useless by the way) we decided to pay of the remaining balance of our phones and switch providers. Over $1300 later we get our final bill from them and for 6 days of service, no phone payments or any additional stuff our bill still totaled over $160! We were told to wait to pay as they would be prorating our last months bill and we still got screwed! The service is awful, they deceive you to get you in the door and then they overcharge for their "services" T-Mobile is absolutely ridiculous and doesn't deserve anyone's business. read more
