T-Mobile has been my mobile carrier for many many years. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Now, the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. On June 2nd, T-Mobile members can score magenta picnic blankets. I visited this T-Mobile store on Walt Whitman Rd in Huntington Station, NY. There are a few parking spots up front. I walked in and clicked redeem on the perk and it started the timer of 5 minutes for redemption. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with this location and would highly recommend. Our salesperson Charlie Reeves was very knowledgable and was incredibly patient and helpful. My folks are older and had a million questions, and he stayed with us for over an hour to answer everything. My mom even wanted to know how heavy the iPhone was without the security tag on it, and he even went and got his own personal phone just to show them. Can't say enough good things. read more

Horrible customer service, manager is rude. After purchasing a brand new phone 15 pro max with new plan the phone was not working properly. Followed all troubleshooting steps by their support teams. I was told I could return the phone under warranty by their customer service support and the manager refused to take back the device and I got service with Verizon. I have now paid in full for an iPhone 15 that I cannot use and T-Mobile will not unlock. read more

Don't get me wrong I love Tmobile. It's just that I did a store pick up because it was easy for me just to pick up a phone at this specific store but when I came in the sign says they open up 10 o'clock in the morning I came in store was closed. Then I tried to contact Tmobile and they told me the store was open..but in reality it was not..2 workers show up around 1020 they open the place up turn on the lights on, but they still left the front entrance lock. I tried to call the store. No one answer. I called again finally somebody answer And they told me I had to wait between 5 to 10 minutes because they have a small setback I wait the time when I came in the gentleman who opened the door, he was a little bit rude like he didn't want me to be there. I interrupt his breakfast i Guess. Is just for me if you open a business late, at least apologize or have a smile on your face. Customer service goes a long way like that...don't get me wrong. I will still buy from Tmobile but not at this specific store.. read more

Last night my T-Mobile account was hacked and the cretons used by Citi account to Zelle funds to a conspirator. I contacted T-Mobile rep that suspended my number and directed me to go to local store for assistance. I was there when they opened this morning and they could not have been more helpful! The three Reps at this location were empathetic and eagerly solved my issue, and could not have been more helpful. I believe the gentleman that solved the problem was "AC" and a true asset to T-Mobile! Thank you!! read more

The staff seems to lack customer service training, comes off as uninterested and bothered by customers entering the store, and they appear easily annoyed by customers that aren't as knowledgeable in cellphone software/hardware as they are. read more

For eight months, even I fedex files to their headquarter, no body found out a solution. Today I went there again and thanks to god I met Samantha, she understood my situation and help me solved the issue in minutes. I went to get a replacement for my phone, My Touch Slide, which I paid full price for. I have been a customer for 5+ years and decided to purchase 'handset protection' with this phone. I wanted to replace my phone because the antenna was turning on and off every few minutes not matter where I was. I made my first visit to a t-mobile store in Brooklyn, before going to this store in Huntington. At the Brooklyn location they told me they thought the SIM card was 'old' so they replaced it. I left the store thinking this would fix the problem, it didn't. I then went to this Huntington location to get a replacement phone. The sales associates were sitting with their feet up at the front window of the store eating sunflower seeds and listening to music with their headphones on. One of them got up when I came in and I explained the situation. He told me he didn't have any 'white My Touch slide' phones in stock. So I said, I will gladly take one in a different color. He said the replacement had to be an exact replacement: make, model and color. I told him this wasn't true according to the t-mobile website: "Receiving a replacement phone? Your replacement device may be new or remanufactured. If the same make and model you claim is not available, a like-kind make and model may be substituted. You may also receive generic manufacturer accessories." https://support.my.t-mobile.com/doc/tm23694.xml He then said he would call the next closet t-mobile store in Deer Park to see if they had the phone, I said that would be helpful. He called and I waited for about 5 minutes while he was on hold. My kids were in the car with a family member and I could see them going crazy so I asked him if he could text me when he found out if they had the phone. He never texted or called to let me know. Fine, maybe I was asking for too much but they failed here. Third Visit: I went back to the Brooklyn store and went in to replace my phone. He told me a series of confusing things. First, that the insurance is provided by a third party and I have to call them. I bought the phone AT THIS STORE, bought the insurance AT THIS STORE and he was giving me another company to deal with. He then told me he could call customer service for T-Mobile and I could get on the phone with them to get a replacement phone. He said, it will take three business days to get a new phone. This should be available in all T-Mobile stores. After talking with him a bit more I found out that the phones that you get after a claim on 'handset protection' are refurbished. This wasn't told to me when I bought the insurance nor is it on the Premium Handset Protection page: https://support.my.t-mobile.com/doc/tm23694.xml Get your act together T-Mobile, it shouldn't take three visits to be told I need to call customer service to get a replacement phone.
