Daughter (17) waited 25 minutes for credit slip to credit card and then got cursed out by 60+ year old male owner and told to 'get out of store'. By that point two weeks til prom and no dress. Went to Ask Alice in Syosset who called same manufacturer and had dress in four days (holiday weekend). My daughter has dress (new) without stains or hassle.
