So of course I dropped my phone face down on the ground in the one un carpeted area at work. It didn't sound catastrophic so I wasn't TOO worried, but lo and behold, it was broken and broken in the way that every touch of the screen was a possible painful papercut. I googled phone screen replacements and I can get my own new screen for around 45 dollars. I can get my own tool set for replacing screens for anywhere from 10-30 bucks, I can just watch a 7 minute video and do it myself!!!! Or I can take it to UBREAKITIFIXIT and have it fixed in a couple hours. Sure it cost a penny (over 10000 pennies) but it got fixed, they were nice, they give a 10% military discount and I have a fixed non finger damaging phone. It does feel like each text is a bit more effort, not sure If I need to adjust something or what. Oh yaa, and you can go online and make your apt, and get a pretty accurate estimate relatively painlessly.

I was sent…read moreto this store by the Verizon representative who processed my cancellation to return the Fios equipment because it is a "Corporate Store". When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". He would not look at the email from Verizon with the return instructions and locations. I was very upset and may have said a couple of words i should not have. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. This is a terrible store with terrible customer service and a inadequate Manager. If you dont believe me look at all of the "1" rated reviews. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE.
