So they said could fix my phone... they did but put a part that wasn't Apple because of "copy right reasons" idk if they gave my son a fake phone but we will be going to AT&T tomorrow to see if we can get a new phone because this is unacceptable. The staff was very patience and very helpful to all whom entered the store while we were there didn't know they carried some of this items we found while there . Definitely will be back . We have used this Batteries Plus location for several years. My husband has 2 mobility scooters and their battery prices are always better than Spin Life. Today we couldn't get one battery out of the casing (Pride now uses super Velcro to hold the batteries and reduce noice). I brought the whole case in and the guys removed the battery, installed the new ones and did a voltage check. Then carried the whole unit to my car. They must train managers to be obnoxious. I had a battery that was only 3 months old when it first let me sit. They tested it@ Batteries Plus and said it tested fine. Long story short...went on like this for another 6 months but with cold weather it wouldn't even hold charge overnight. I took it to my car dealer to have them check the electrical and computer components...everything ok. It is a defective battery! I'll never shop there again! Notice the only good reviews are for phone and fob batteries...they haven't figured out a way to cheat that market yet, I guess. Disgusting! I had a conversation with the manager and he had insisted it was because of my driving habits. I am 75 years old and am lucky enough to be retired after working all my life. I live in an area with everything I need close by. I don't want to have to jumpstart my car every time I go for groceries or to Dr appointments. After reading reviews I'm afraid to go in for adjustment. They apparently will only make me madder! UPDATED Sept 28, 2023 Had almost exact circumstances with battery from dealer. Here's how Mazda handled it. No cost..."it's under warranty and was defective". Not even a pro-rated bill...no bullshit, no gaslighting, no problem! By the way the staff, other than manager who they seemed terrified of were very nice. It's the company's policy that the manager strictly adheres to. Not a good business model to ignore warranty and hope your customer does the same. If the choice is yours for a car battery, you really should go elsewhere. I don't know how they ever earned the rating they did on here. Check out SITEJABBER.COM for a more realistic view! They might be ok with replacing fob batteries...anyone can do that...but I won't go back even for that. read more

This should be NO stars....that's right! This place is terrible. They do not honor warranty after the sale. Don't buy there unless you want to waste your money. They have a complete line of BS when you bring in a return. They actually blamed the car for any problem and not their products. Unfortunately for them, the car was towed to a dealer for service and battery replaced with a brand name. Lesson learned....do trust these guys! read more

Staff was short with me ... they no longer carry the battery I've been coming in for. They made no effort to acquire the battery I've been coming in for. They told me to look elsewhere. AND they will recycle the old one . . . for a fee. Fine. I'll go elsewhere. ORIGINAL POST: This place has had every battery I've ever needed - in stock. Phone, digital camera, car remote, laser pointer, home security ... AND the service is always quick, efficient, and polite. One time, I was getting ready to leave for vacation when I realized my camera's rechargeable battery was dead. They plugged the battery into a fast charger for me while I ran last minute errands and by the time I was leaving town, I stopped back in and my camera was ready to go. read more

I took an iphone 6S to get a screen replaced there. After 6 weeks the screen broke. I went to the store to get it replaced with their "lifetime warranty." Originally the salesman said it must be a defective screen. He went in the back and another man sent he back out and said it was because we dropped it. The phone was plugged into my entertainment stand fine. When I went to unplug the phone the screen was broken. They would not even listen and said they would be happy to give me another screen for another $140. Avoid this place like the plague. The employees are very nice but cheap product and they would not stand behind their work. read more

After reading reviews, I decided to come here. I went in to get the screen for my iPhone replaced.. they said 1-2 hours so I went out and did some errands. Came back and they said it wasn't done yet. Oh, okay? So I asked how long it was gonna be.. "I have no clue." Apparently their screens weren't fitting up with my phone and that my original screen was the only one that worked, and that they've "tried 4 other screens and still didn't work." So they put the broken screen back on and just told me to go to an Apple store to have it done another time. I came home and started using my phone and the home button was just all out of wack.. I don't even have to push down on it to go between apps and whatnot, and it vibrates when I don't even have the vibration setting turned on. And it also gets very hot, so I don't know what happened there. I should've just went to the Apple store instead and have it done.. it was honestly a waste of my time. read more
