I confirmed twice, both at this store and calling the call center, that indeed cancelling a line would drop the total bill. The moment I cancelled my $35/month line, my monthly service package cost went up from $120 to $150/month. Basically, this is a scam. They lead you to believe that cancelling a line would save you money, and when I did so they completely increased the price of the package to $150/month. No wonder T-mobile has been getting a lot of heat recently for how they mislead customers.... good luck trying to grow revenue at all costs!

I immediately flipped the laptop over, shut it down, and left it upside down while I ran to the store for rubbing alcohol. I carefully wiped down the keyboard and called this place as soon as they reopened on the 26th. For context, Apple told me the computer would likely never work again and tried to sell me a new one. This shop was reassuring on the phone and accepted the drop-off right after the holiday break. The employee we spoke with (may have been the owner considering how competent and dedicated he was) was extremely kind at drop off. I had my computer back within 48 hours, before New Year's Eve, after a deep internal clean. They confirmed the cleaning was successful, that there was no risk of corrosion over time, and no expected shortening of the computer's lifespan. I paid under $100 and walked away with a perfectly functioning MacBook. Nearly two weeks later, there's no sign at all that anything was ever spilled. So grateful to everyone at Quick Fix!

It is very helpful to make an appointment first, to reduce the amount of time spent waiting (but be prepared to wait anyway, as they are often busy there). We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and were initially unsure if we needed to complete the iPad sign-in (we learned you don't need to sign in there if you already have an appointment). A woman who may have been a manager, Rafaela, greeted us and let us know we'd be up next for our appointment. She was proactively circulating around the room and kindly letting customers around the room know about the wait and thanking them for their patience. Charles was the representative who helped us (he had just returned from his lunch break, I think), and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional - a real gem. He was able to take care of our request (adding a new line) very quickly, acknowledging the issue that prevented us from doing this online. Both Charles and Rafaela exhibited high quality service skills and professionalism, not something that we see often these days. We appreciated their efforts and hard work and hope that AT&T recognizes how valuable they are to their brand. Many thanks to both of you for your help.

Not sure, but he was very cold. So after the 60 minute wait, I meet with a rep, who asks for me ID. After running out to the car for my wallet, I saw the rep was already talking to another customer. That boss at the door told me I was back in the queue. Only 30 minutes later did I realize he put me at the very end of the line. Really? Really?? I would have to wait in the queue twice because I left the store for my ID and came back? What is this, monty python? When an elderly guy came in, the boss became so nice and immediately helped him fix the problems, and sent them on their way. That was cool. So he totally had discretion over "policy". But he chose to beat me over the head with the rules. Unreasonable. And rude. I've bought phones here before, with no problems. I guess just toe the line. I bought an antenna and installed it where my satellite dish had been. I chose a multi-directional antenna, thinking it would be enough. Needless to say, the reception was poor. I lived with it for two years, telling myself I was saving money, so who cares. But after getting frustrated yet again while trying to watch a football game and seeing the signal cut in and out, I decided it was time to improve things. I called Antenna Pro's and spoke with Arden, who explained that my antenna needed to be pointed in a specific direction. Unfortunately, based on where it was installed, that wasn't possible. I needed his help, so I set up an appointment for him to come take a look. I had always thought the antenna had to be outside for the best results. Arden suggested trying the attic, saying it would be the easiest solution. I wasn't convinced, there was no way an indoor antenna could pick up as many channels as one outside in the open. Boy, was I wrong. I agreed to let Arden set it up in the attic, and we had it running quickly. The difference was night and day compared to what I had before. We also used his antenna, pointed in the right direction, which was a much better solution than the multi-directional one I owned. I went from about 10 channels, many of them inconsistent depending on the time of day, to 151 channels, with about 90% coming in excellent to very good. I also noticed that my TV, which is fairly new and was bought around the time I switched to OTA, now delivers a much better picture for the OTA channels. The 4K quality practically jumps off the screen. Arden was great, professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him if you're struggling with your OTA setup. He's knowledgeable and takes the right steps to solve problems.

Finally, this is one of the last locations in the Bay Area that actually has a car/ auto installation bay. Meaning anything from speakers, car radios, and even alarms can be installed here. Although, it doesn't have a full staff working regularly in the installation space. The team that does work regularly, are very competent and professional.
