I went in today for a screen replacement. I was quickly greeted by two separate employees. I felt seen, which doesn't always happen in a retail setting. Andrew was able to log me in thereafter, and I let him know that I was there for a screen replacement. He was very friendly throughout the interaction, and quickly took care of my issue. I did not want to do this review, but I changed my mind due to the lack of professionalism of the agent that attended me at T-Mobile (Keith) that's the persons name, when I arrived they asked for my phone number in order to get my information. When he approached me he called me by the wrong name of (José,) I told him that my name was not José, he had all my information on his computer, I explained my reception problem that I had for the last few months and according to him he solved it, he said that set up was under 4G and which is my plan, well he changed it to LTE, and see what happens. Later he called me again by the name of Jose, I told him again that my name was not Jose and he answered me saying that I do look like a jose. I just walked away and decided to change phone company after all this headache with the poor phone reception. read more

I've been a t mobile customer for 10+ years and never have I had an interaction like the one I had with Marvin recently. Apparently he is the manager, not sure what qualifications are needed for that level but clearly customer service isn't on that list. He was so condescending when I challenged his reasoning for my trade in which was pretty crappy. He tried to swindle me and then make me feel dumb when I challenged him. I left feeling so embarrassed for what transpired. I can't believe he is a manager. I asked for the district managers info from another associate who said that I'm not the first to have issues as such with Marvin. Pretty bad experience makes me want to switch carriers. read more

Plain and simple. This store is only there to sell devices and they do not care about their loyal customers. Came to this location it was either a Friday or Saturday night a few weeks ago can't remember which. I just know that it was super busy. Which I get because of the shopping center. I got checked in by the greeter at the door, got my name and said it would be like 30-45 mins. I work retail too ok whatever, not the happiest. But I also see a guy in the back on a laptop. I asked one of the sales reps if he can help people to help with time. I really needed to get my phone situated and the guy said he doesn't really help customers. I asked what his name was he said Danny. So my question is why was he even there? He just looked like a narc watching everything but not helping. Not a good look. My iPhone 6 fell and cracked, so I went through my insurance to come to find out my claim was denied. At that point I really was over T-Mobile. How isn't my claim going to be processed for the simple fact I wasn't using the phone, either way I came in to the store this morning. I refused to keep going around with a cracked phone. Upon entry I was greeted by the manager there was about three other associates assisting other customers. So I walked around for about three mins when I was then assisted by Art. I told him the situation and he assisted right away. Overall he did up sell but wasn't insisting as other reps do. He showed me the accessories but left it up to me. I honestly think that's something to take in consideration because as a customer we know when they are just trying to get more money out of us. The whole process took about 15-20mins. He was nice and helpful. As well as the manager he was making sure everyone was greeted and put on the waiting list. I'm happy for the service I received and happy to no longer see any cracks. read more

Worst experience ever! I've been with T-Mobile for 3 years. Went in to ask about the trade in to upgrade to the xs max and Gloria told me the promotion was to get $300 in a rebate card so that's the only reason I had agreed to the promotion (who doesn't want a $300 card to use in store or for whatever) So when I contacted the T-Mobile company they told me that was not the promotion, which made me upset. I went into the store a second time to try to clear things out and both Gloria and Priscilla reassured me that the promotion was to get a $300 rebate card and Gloria offered to do the promotion for me so I can get the card in the mail. Two-three weeks later I called the T-Mobile company to ask about the rebate card in the mail and was told that NOBODY did the promotion. Once again I was upset. I didn't do the promotion because Gloria had offered to do it for me. I called the T-Mobile store and I talked to Priscilla and I explained everything going on and she took down my info to pass it down to a supervisor and was told they were going to call me back the next day. The next day passed and NOTHING. I called two days later and talked to a supervisor and I explained what was going once again! And he told me he was going to call me back. Three hours later I receive a call back from Gloria which wasn't the person I wanted to talk to. I asked to speak to a supervisor for a reason. Anyway, she tried to change her story saying I misunderstood the promotion and that's not what she told me. As I was trying to explain what she had told me, she kept cutting me off and being super rude. At the end of the day, if you work for a large retail company, please know what you're telling the customers and don't give wrong info!
