He didn't say a word to me, but he took my phone to a woman who worked there. He talked to her for a few minutes and then came back and told me I couldn't trade my phone. The professional thing to do is tell me what you're doing with my phone. Another reason I give them one star is because when I called the location, they told me they can't see my information and if I wanted to get a new phone, I would have to order it from the app. That is not true because I just came to another location and they told me they would help me look at my information.

She rushed through the installation, and when she was done, the screen protector was full of fingerprints and not aligned properly. When we complained to the supervisor, they admitted they've been having issues with that same employee. It's frustrating that T-Mobile allows someone with such a bad attitude and lack of care to continue representing their store. We expected better service, especially for something so simple.
