Our sales associate literally told me if I didn't purchase the insurance through them then any credits I accrued through them would have to be paid back and I would have to pay for the phone in full plus I would have to purchase a new phone at full retail if anything happened to my upgraded phone. Completely not true. I looked up Verizon's policy and you would just have to pay any of the unpaid balance. Next she tried selling me different tv bundle packages. I said I'm not interested. She tells me what you don't want to save money? She has no clue what I pay for and of my online services. Then she try's to sell me on Verizon internet. I told her I was not interested because a friend has it who has a smart house and when it goes down nothing works. I said I'm on fiber optic and have never had a problem so why change. She gives me attitude and tells me she has it and it has never gone down on her. Very disappointed in Verizon over my last couple of upgrades from a few different stores. They lie to you to get you to get stuff you don't need. Probably going to change service in the future. Verizon is far from what it once was.

    Abraham went ABOVE and BEYOND tonight for me! I walked in close to closing. I needed a quick item…read morefor my camera! Either a cord or a SD.. we tried out the cord and it wasn't working (my camera issues) so he open and showed me how to use the SD card . Abraham knows a lot about cameras. He offered to "show me something " for better photos .. holy moly! He made a ton of adjustments on my camera , and his co workers were kind enough to "pose" for some sample photos all in good fun. I couldn't believe the difference in my photos , just by all the settings he tweaked. He took extra time with me and that was much appreciated! Best Buy has definitely won me back as a customer!     Walked in and saw 3 associates all standing in the middle of the store gossiping. Still kept…read morelooking, clearly not finding what I was looking for, you'd think one of them would have offered to help, but no. I finally went up to one of them, name tag said "Zoey", and asked where the item was I was looking for was located. Zoey could not have looked more annoyed that I dare interrupt her day! She pulled off her her phone, looked for a half second, then pointed and says, if we have it would be over there somewhere. In the entire 2 minute interaction, not a have a good day, thank you, hello?!? I walked over to "somewhere over there" and of course they didn't carry the item. Why even send me "somewhere over there" in the first place?! One associate was "somewhere over there" and I guess I distracted him from his cell phone he was on and he also simply pointed. I found two other items on the way out I would have purchased had the service not been so painfully awful, instead, I'm at Walmart! Do better, train your staff on basic customer service please. Happy to speak to any Best Buy staff if they review these reviews (most are bad)
