He sat there watching a tablet for at least 15-20 minutes. I know this because my toddler was finishing up an on-the-go meal in the car, before going into the store. The greeting was fine, I asked if they had the phone I wanted in stock. He said he needed to open his inventory that just came in and that it would take about 10-15 minutes. (Maybe that should have been done instead of sitting there.. but whatever) I made small talk as he went through boxes on the floor. Long review short, they didn't have the color I wanted, then when I settled on the color, they didn't have the storage size. He never asked for my account information (that's standard at most stores) nor offered other phone models that I said I was considering. Overall it was really awkward, and felt like he didn't want me to buy anything. Upon leaving, I saw him settle back into his former position on the stool and continue watching his tablet. I ended up going to the AT&T store on HWY 52 and they were fantastic, start to finish. I left there with a new phone and all the accessories!

They don't want to help, they just say, "It wasn't me who worked on your phone, someone else did." Then who??? Then David wants me to take my phone back....... Ummm I'm sorry what??!?? I refuse to take back my phone in that condition. At this point, I am beyond pissed. They have tested my patience... and after 3 weeks... I lost it. The owner and workers there show no empathy or respect your time. They could care less about you or your phone. I am going to take them to court. I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have never been treated like this and I hope no one else has to experience this HELL they put me through. I will try my best to make sure they never fix a phone again. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANYTHING YET ALONE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT AND PERSONAL ASSET. They lack professionalism. They might be certified to repair phones, but they are NOT QUALIFIED!!! It's like I went to a doctor with a broken leg, and they made me blind and deaf. The part that was giving me difficulty was improperly installed and he simply reinstalled it correctly. Since there wasn't any parts used from his inventory, he did not charge me.
