We have iPhones, and love them. But unlike a lot of cellular companies out there, T-Mobile doesn't just try to get your business, they want to keep it! We have 4 phone lines, and an Apple Watch. We added home internet, which saved us a lot compared what we were paying. They gave us a discount for signing up for autopay. They gave a discount for being over 50?, another discount for working for a large company, that gives a discount. We got Netflix, at half the price we were paying, (without ads). We got Apple TV, for a year then it goes up to $4.99 a month. read more

The new managers and staff don't give a #*¥* about customers being serviced nor satisfied. There is an air about them that customers just need to lay back and accept half efforted service. They wasted my time and for zero results. Hours gone w nothing but a headache. And we had been customers or sprint/tmobile for 10 years. Hey T Mobile - we don't work for you. Waited here for over three hours only to be overcharged, and I had to go back. There are better carriers out there. Can't stand a sales person to lie to us, just to make a sale; let alone the manager seconding the lies. Corporate was called. My service is going elsewhere. read more

"Switch to T-Mobile " is a scam. They claim to help you pay off your old phone if you switch, but the process that it takes to get your reimbursement is painful... I've been at this for 3 months and between chasing down the minutia of info they want and the lack of clarity of what is needed between one agent to the next is mind-boggling! I'm giving five stars ONLY because of my salesperson, Tyron (I think that's how his name is spelled), but for the store itself, one star. Tyron was very helpful and patient, and even stayed two hours after closing to try to get my phone set up the way I wanted. The internet here sucks, and it took five hours just to get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. And Tyron, against the managers wishes, stayed to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I'm disappointed in the t mobiles internet, especially considering that they are a phone store that needs good internet to do many things. If you get a new phone or have any questions, I absolutely recommend Tyron! I will be asking for him from now on! read more

They are bait and switch all the way!! I was promised FREE phones with two new lines of service, and then they turned around and tried to say they were HALF price!! If they don't make things right for me that were promised, I will go straight to the FCC and then the attorney general's office to have this resolved!! They must think people are really stupid, not to catch on to their BS, and then try to turn it around like the customer got it wrong!! I told Mari, the sales rep that it wasn't MY job to keep up with their promotion dates because I don't work for them!! Why would I switch from a company I had been with for over 20 years to pay for phones that were supposed to be FREE and have a higher bill!!?? The wait here sucks, but the service is pretty much worth it. My sales rep, Stephanie, was so wonderful. She helped me get out of my jump-lease, and onto a regular jump. She was very informative and exhausted all options available to make the switch that much easier for me. I greatly appreciate it. She's the one I go to for all my mobile questions, concerns, and unbiased opinions on cellular devices. Will always come back here as long as my service is with T-Mobile. read more

This place is great! Good deals, nice staff, very attentive and spoke to all my mobile device needs. There will be a short wait, the systems don't speak to the staff competence and customer service ability. I found that making appointments with a specific representative helps cut down on the time spent in there. Overall great "uncarrier" experience and service. I highly recommend this store over any other t-mobile in Greensboro. read more
