I would like to take a moment to recognize Barisi and Mya for their outstanding customer service during my recent visit. I came in under a great deal of pressure and urgently needed assistance with multiple services, having documents notarized, copied, and faxed. From the moment Barisi began assisting me, she was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly and went above and beyond by clearly explaining pricing and delivery options so there were no surprises. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I truly felt valued as a customer. During my visit, I also witnessed a very challenging situation involving another customer who became irate and verbally aggressive toward Mya because they did not want to wait their turn. Despite being treated disrespectfully, Mya remained calm, composed, and professional, continuing to assist customers with grace. Barisi also stepped in appropriately, and together they handled the situation with remarkable poise and teamwork. It was refreshing and reassuring to see two employees maintain such a high level of professionalism under pressure. Their actions reflect positively on your company, and I genuinely believe Barisi and Mya are valuable assets to your team who deserve recognition. I truly hope management formally recognizes Barisi and Mya for their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.This experience made my day, reinforced my trust in this location, and ensured that I will absolutely be returning in the future. read more

I stopped by here around 1:25pm on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a package to return to Amazon. It wasn't busy and there was no wait. The store was clean. There were 2 staff members present. I was promptly helped by the female staff. It was quick and easy process. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! read more

I needed to drop off an Amazon return on a Saturday morning about 11 am. There was no line, and it took me about 60 seconds to get in, get the code on my phone scanned, give them the item, and get out. The two ladies working there both had smiles. The odd thing is they also had masks on (?) which were down around their chins (?). But that's ok, they can do as the like. They were both polite, which is what I care about the most. read more

The staff was extremely rude, did not listen to the simple request I made, and then snapped at me when I tried to clarify what services I was seeking. There was a truly nasty attitude. If the staff at this store was treated in the way that they treated me in any commercial or social situation, I would imagine that they would be outraged. I will NEVER visit this store again. (I had never visited this UPS outlet before today, having only gone to the UPS on Battleground many times before, where I was always treated decently and humanely.) If there is anyone in a managerial position who reads this, you should clean house. (By the way, there was also a baby in a stroller behind the counter being attended to by a staff member!) read more

This is not the first time that I have had a negative experience at this location, however, today was completely unacceptable. There were 9 customers waiting on this store to open at 11:30. We waited until 11:45 at which time the girl working showed up and took her time to wait on us. When she finally decided to start waiting on customers, she offered no excuse or apology. We all know life happens and a simple apology would have gone a long way. I was first in line and I thanked her for waiting on me. She said nothing in response. It takes zero effort to be polite and I'm very disappointed but not surprised from previous experiences here. This locations lacks basic customer service skills. I dropped off a package on 10/15, the package was lost, and was told the hang up for my insurance claim was from corporate. In December I called the UPS store hotline and found out that was not the case. It took over 3 months to get my insurance check for a lost package. When the check finally came in the store charged me $85 to send it overnight to ensure it arrived in a timely manner......awful customer service and no care from the upper management for going the extra mile. I will not be using this location any further. UPS claims usually are resolved in 7-10 business days, not 100. read more

I was very fortunate to receive outstanding customer service today from employee by the name of Arthur. I mistakenly packed the wrong items into a case. I left the store and realized my mistake and came back 20 minutes later. I easily could've been told sorry there's nothing I can do for you or given some other type of excuse. I always love when i'm ordering something online and i check to see that UPS is delivering my package. This has to be one of the fastest, if not number one, carriers in Greensboro. I had always know that this was my favorite carrier but it was one delivery in particular that left an imprint on my brain. The time I ordered my birthday outfit. I was already panicking because I had not yet found the perfect outfit to wear for my special day. When I realized that I was going to have to buy something from online, it only gave me more anxiety. I began to stress about if it wouldn't fit right and if it wouldn't be here on time. So to ensure that I got the best chance possible I chose 2 day shipping. Even with the 2 day shipping, my package was scheduled to be delivered the day AFTER my birthday. By this time, I had cancelled the whole thing because I was so upset. Although I had cancelled my own birthday, I still had hopes that it would be here on time. Something was telling me to check the status of my delivery. This is 4 days before my birthday and all I could think about was how it couldn't hurt. So I checked the status and noticed that UPS was the carrier on this delivery and I instantly changed my mind and rescheduled my birthday. I had high hopes that UPS would get my package to me in a timely manner. I decided that I didn't need to check every second to see if the date changed because that only stressed me out more. After a while I just forgot about it all together. It wasn't until I got a text 3 days before my birthday that my package was out for delivery, that I remembered I even had something on the way! My package ended up arriving a whole 5 days before the expected date. My birthday was truly something to remember and the pictures I had with that special outfit just made things all the better.
