I had sprint and went to this store to change over to T-mobile. The two women that worked there told me everything was fine I could get the phone that I wanted. Just sign the contract and you are good to go. I signed the contact they ran my credit. Then told me I had to pay $200 dollars for the phone that I wanted. I also had to pay $250.00 from my sprint account to pay for a the month plus the next month. I asked why didn't they tell me this before hand. Both the women said it's because our system says you need to pay for this. I also go a text message from life lock saying T-mobile ran my credit. I ask the women you ran my credit and I'm in the high above 750. They both said, we didn't run your credit we don't run peoples credit. I told them I don't want to do this anymore because I don't want to pay for something that You said I don't have to. Both the women got very angry and said you have to you sign the contract and you will no long have phone service unless you pay us $200 right now for your new phone. I had to pay the money to get the phone which was not a problem. If someone that was not doing well they would have been stuck without a phone I guess. After I paid the bill she just handed my the box and said here you go. I said I want to make sure this works before I leave. She then got really mad and started bang stuff on the counter and yelling at her co-worker. I asked her can you make sure the phone works. She turned it on and said it works you can go. I said can you call the phone. She looked at me as if I was about to pull a tooth from her. She called the store and said see it works now go. I asked what about inbound? She then banged the phone on the counter again and tried calling the phone. Guess what inbound didn't work. She did something on the computer then it started working and then said see it works you can go now. One month later. I'm still getting billed from Sprint which is the same company. So now I am getting billed for to service plans on one phone. I call T-mobile to talk with their expert. The person on the phone said "OOO you have to talk to sprint not us." So I still have been on hold two hours later. If you are tight on money you probably want to avoid this store at all cost. Otherwise you will have to spend a lot of money and time fixing their "Great customer service." read more

I would like to formally complain about the store manager of the T-Mobile branch at 8501 E Arapahoe Rd Ste C, Greenwood Village, CO, 80112. We came in the store in good faith wanting to open new lines and get new iPhone XRs. The intent was to trade in our old Androids to get the best discounted plan. We were in the store for almost two hours, patiently waiting for the new staff and manager to get to us. However after a long time the manager suddenly said that we cannot trade in the old phones due to a screen crack. We decided to walk away. What was really bothersome was that the manager never apologized for our wasted time and the unnecessary pull on our credit when he should have taken a look at the phones in the first place to check if they were eligible for trade-in. What's more we were sent a bill for $773.99 for services and a phone we never got. When I returned to the store to ask the manager why this happened he was even more belligerent, making me wait for another 30 minutes, being totally disrespectful, still refusing to apologize. He assured us that he fixed it before leaving the store and also did a follow-up call to assure the same but we kept receiving bills for the same amount of $773.99 for services never rendered or goods never received. In fact the bills even say that the supposed "new" number was cancelled. There were repeated calls to the t-mobile 1-800 number which were directed to an overseas unit and we were always assured that this issue/erroneous bill was fixed. Today I got a letter from a collection agency for the unpaid amount of $773.99. Sad to say I believe we are victims of bias from an over-privileged, incompetent manager who decided to wield his "power" on well-intentioned people who just happen to not look like him. I also cannot help but wonder if the bill is for an iPhone we never got that perhaps the manager got for himself at our expense? read more

We walked into this T-mobile store with a few issues. One of the associates, Omer Kurban, was outside getting some fresh air. He held the door for us to come inside the store and immediately began to help us. My biggest issue was my voicemail on my phone was not working. He worked with me for a very long time on this issue (it was probably longer than 30 minutes on this issue alone). No one is the store (nor an Apple store I had visited previously) had seen this issue before but he kept at it until it was working properly. He also worked with us to get the best deal on a new phone for my daughter. He was working with us for about two hours in total. It never seemed that he was getting annoyed with the issue or how much time he was spending with us. He was very helpful and respectful. I will go back to this store in a minute and hope Omer is there to help us again. Thank you Omer! read more
