Absolutely adored my experience here. There was a bit of a mix up with my apt confirmation but we sorted that out the morning of my apt. Otherwise everything was great. Nadia was my stylist and she killed it! She was so laid back and easy to work with. I knew what I wanted and they had what I thought was my dream dress there for trial. I tried it and a handful of others and the whole process was smooth and lovely. It didn't feel overwhelming at all and because the store is tucked into the back of the Anthro it was a bit quieter but you do get some folks watching you randomly. The dress selection was lovely, I think they had almost every dress on the website available to try on. I ended up choosing a totally different gown than expected but was SO happy with my choice. To top it all off they had just gotten a new sample of the gown in that just happened to be my size (not a size they typically carry) so I was able to try that one on and it really confirmed this was the right choice! My daughter booked an appointment weeks in advance. She received a confirmation email a few days beforehand outlining the appt time and details. We arrived a few minutes early but were told that her appointment was an hour earlier. We tried to show them the email, but the manager literally yelled at us. She told us that on her sheet was the appointment time and that there were no mistakes on her end. Then she continued scolding us like children for bringing more people than allowed to the appointment. News flash, Ms. Manager. We were well aware and respectful of the social distancing requirements. Our two extra people were walking my daughter and I in, then planned to wait outside. We felt so disrespected. More than that, we were shocked at this customer service. Because my daughter loved some of the Hayley Paige dresses at Bhldn, we rebooked the appointment for the next day. When she found a dress at another bridal store a few hours before the new appointment, we tried calling Bhldn to cancel, but their phone number (nor Anthropolgie's) did not work. Brides, stay away. No one needs this kind of treatment or headache. read more

The Spring collection just recently launched so I came in to try a lot of their new dresses... and I said yes to the dress y'all!! *pops champagne* You do have to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses and you are able to do that quick and easy through the BHLDN website. I came here two different times to try on dresses and was happy to be assisted by Jessie both times. Jessie's customer service is exceptional!! She is personable, knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable while trying on dresses! I tried on dresses at three other different places and just couldn't really find what I was looking for. BHLDN offered a wide selection of dresses ranging from $400-$2495. I would say most range from $800-$1300. They do also have some priced under $400 that are bridesmaid dresses you could easily make into wedding dresses. They offer so many different styles and there really is a little something for everyone. Most of their styles are modern and clean and they are all great quality. Fitting room is super clean and well decorated (it's Anthropologie, did you expect anything less?). Definitely recommend checking out their website! When you make an appointment, you are able to list your favorite dresses and they will have them ready for you to try on in your fitting room. I discovered the BHLDN line while dress shopping online and low and behold two weeks later a boutique opened in Anthropologie in Cherry Creek Mall. How fortuitous. I fell in love with the simple and elegant BHLDN style. And there's a few dresses that have just the right amount of whimsy to match my personality and style. My Mommala happened to be in town from WI so we called Sunday and got in first thing Monday with an appt! Yay! Maybe because the word hasn't gotten out yet; but I'll take it! Emma greeted us upon entering Anthropologie and escorted us back to the semi private boutique in the back of the store. Note it's by appt only and each appt is 60 minutes. Believe it or not I tried on 5 dresses - 5th was the charm - and had time to spare. With the spare time left my mom tried on a mother's dress. They don't have all but some in store. Emma was kind and professional. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting her I was basically nude and she was helping me into my dresses. That's trust! The boutique was so enjoyable as we were the only ones with an appt at that time. So, if you can; I recommend booking an appt first thing Monday morning. Be prepared to pay for your parking. Cherry creek mall charges unless under an hour and anthro doesn't validate. That's one thing they could improve upon. In addition there are no restrooms in store. You'll have to walk next door to Nordstrom. Lastly, it would've been nice to at least been offered water. I understand not wanting to have food or drink near the dresses; but this is the dead winter in CO. Doesn't get any more dry than this. I found my dress in under 45 minutes and after Emma did her due diligence leaving no dress behind or considered. I love this line of dresses and I think you will, too. read more

This experience was TERRIBLE, thank god I had already found the dress and was only shopping for my reception dress or I would have been extremely upset about this horrendous appointment. My "stylist" was extremely unhelpful - flat out told me she did not review my forms that contained information about dresses I was interested in, my wedding date, location, etc.. not a huge deal, but then she tried to make a joke(?) about how people think they're only going to get married once.. who does that when you are shopping for a WEDDING dress?!? All of the dresses I tried on were filthy dirty and super stretched out. When I asked about sizing, she continuously insisted I size up to a 4/6. I am a pretty consistent size 2 in bridal, but not once did she even measure me or ask about my measurements. If you want to feel excited when wedding dress shopping, DO NOT go here. Tried on wedding dresses back in August and had a wonderful, covid-conscious experience. They were very careful in distancing and following protocols while also ensuring I could safely try on numerous dresses. Fell for the 3rd one I tried and ended up ordering it a couple weeks later over the phone. Dress came perfectly and promptly. I came to BHLDN on a whim, "not really looking seriously" Their selection was dresses was INCREDIBLE and our consultant Claire was so sweet. Unlike other stores I actually loved every dress I tried on- every single one was beautiful. I randomly tried on one that I never thought I'd choose and of course it was The One. I left not buying it because I wasn't sure and had some other appointments however, after a few other stores the next day, I came back and begged them to let me try it on despite them being full of appointments that day. This is the third bridal store I went to and it was a terrible experience. I had been so impressed by the staff at the other stores I visited before and was excited for my appointment at BHLDN. Within less than 15 minutes my Maid of Honor and I left because we were treated so terribly by the sales associates. The manager of the store named Britt was particularly helpful use and told us on our way out that they didn't need our business anyway. This is the first time I've ever wrote any kind of review because I'm typically a very easy going person but this experience was so awful and the staff was so terrible that I want to warn other brides. read more

I made an appointment weeks ahead of time to try on wedding dresses. I got an email two days before the appointment saying if I didn't respond via email or call before 5pm the next day, they would assume I'm not attending my reservation and give it to someone else. Thank goodness I saw the email in time, I don't think that's a fair business practice. If they want to confirm the appointment I've already made, they could call me. Also the email said they wouldn't be helping me put the dresses on, I would have to do it myself. I'm glad their being cautious with COVID, but how do you put a wedding dress on yourself? Anyway, I was still excited about my appointment, until I got there and the store was closed. I checked my email (I was out all day and didn't have a chance to earlier) and saw they sent me an email about 4 hours prior saying one of their employees have COVID. The email said they would also call and leave a voicemail, which they never did. I had no missed calls or voicemails. So i drove out there and paid for parking for no reason. Terrible customer service and I didn't even get my appointment. I will not be scheduling a new appointment. read more

Had an awful experience! Booked an appointment a few weeks ago at 7:17 the night before I received a phone call from them starting that I never confirmed my appointment and if I didn't get back to them by 8:00 they would cancel my appointment first off I never received a confirmation email but why would you call to confirm my appointment 30mins before you close! so at 7:23 i start trying to call back finally I go through their anthropology line because they weren't answering the phone. She gets me to the bridal side and the lady clearly is in a rush we talk about confining the appointment and she states we can only bring 3 guest we'll I had a friend Surprise me from out of town which made my guest list 4 and she tells me absolutely no expectation so I had to cancel the appointment. She did not care to rebook me or figure out a solution! Made me so sad that my first wedding dress experience didn't happen and was extremely stressful. Looking through reviews now this isn't the first time they've had scheduling issues! I guess I'm just glad I didn't give them any of my money! read more

I loved my experience at this store and this review is not a reflection of the store or of the dresses, rather a review of my experience attempting to exchange my dress for a different size. My story is that I found a dress I LOVE, with the help of very friendly staff, however I was just barely mis-sized. When I called to order a size up one week after I received the dress and firmly within the 30-day return window, I was told the dress had been discontinued so that it was not possible for me to order another size. Well, to my surprise, the dress popped up again on the BHLDN website available in ALL sizes recently (at this point, it has been about two months from the purchase date and from the time I attempted to exchange the dress the first time). When I called to request an exception, I was told that no one, including management, had the power to override their return policy... and my story was questioned, which felt terrible. My only option at this time is to return the dress and hope for an exception and also hope they mail it back without penalty if that exception is not granted. Bottom line: it may be helpful to ask them for a name whenever you talk with someone on their customer service line (per management today, they will only give you their first name and last initial, but this may be worth it just to have proof, as that seems important), to talk with multiple people if you are trying to return an item within the window and are told you cannot for ANY reason, and/or to go the paper trail route via email. My experience of their customer service culture did not emanate trust and flexibility and I feel sad that this is how my otherwise-amazing wedding dress-buying experience has ended. read more
