Incorrect listed hours not only for today (Thursday) but Mon-Sat as well

I checked via Apple Maps what time the Cherry Creek Mall location closed tonight (Thursday) and it said 9pm per the information posted online. I walked into the store at 7:50pm and immediately upon my arrival key holder Mazey walked directly up to me invading my personal space with tone and alot of attitude in her voice telling me the store closed in less than 10 minutes, I then told her that I was unaware and was informed online otherwise. She continued to have more attitude and said well it isn't Friday and we don't close at 9pm on Thursdays, again I relayed what I looked at and ensured I would be quick, as I only came into the store to look at stockings, after I walked over to the stockings, her as well as all the other associates started to bad mouth me behind cash wrap while I wasn't even 5 feet away, extremely unprofessional. After not finding a suitable pair of stockings, I walked back over to the cash wrap and showed her the Apple Maps hours provided, she immediately like a miracle dropped her tone and adjusted her attitude. She was silenced after proving I was correct, then said that was weird, I then turned around to leave, but noticed on my way out she nor the other employees didn't harass the white customers that came in after me about the minutes left before closing. I found her behavior childish and unnecessary considering the wrong hours posted is a reflection of store management not me.

What happened to the days when you could walk into UO and pick up some super cute cheap, cheap, cheap clothes? I saw an adorable tunic shirt on a mannequin when I was in the mall today and went to explore. $78? Are you kidding? Those are anthro prices. I'm sensing a seismic shift - Urban Outfitters is the new Anthropologie, and Anthro is the new Free People. I'm not sure what's after Free People...they will have to invent an expensive new store. I probably won't be cool enough to shop there, so I will never know. That said, I *did* buy a shirt at Urban (not the tunic) and it's more than I wanted to pay but when my blood sugar is low, I sometimes make bad decisions. Note #1 to self: keep snack bars on hand for future shopping spree emergencies. Note #2: When did shoulder pads and espadrilles come back? I can tell it's been waaaaay too long since I've been shopping. However, if you're in the market for a cute sushi stapler, you can pick one up here. Later gater.

Just returned my some items and had the worst customer service ever. The cashier was rude, off putting and belittling.

Some of the best-fitting pants my husband ever bought were from Bonobos. After spending too much for ill-fitting pants at another store which will not be named, we decided it was worth the trek down to Cherry Creek to get my husband fitted something more flattering. The salesperson did the measurements and asked about preferred fit. A few minutes later, my husband was trying on a pair of mass-produced pants that fit him like they were made for him. Pretty impressive, am I right? We placed an order for the same pants in our (my) preferred color, and they showed up a few days later. My husband loved them so much he went on an online shopping spree last night and ordered the same pants in several different colors. Word has it that a Bonobos is opening up in Boulder soon, which we're really excited about!

Fine. I was told the wait would be fifteen to twenty minutes, and moments later a second associate assured me they would be "with me very, very shortly." I agreed and sat down. I then watched other walk-in customers, people who also had no appointment, get promptly greeted, offered something to drink, and helped. Forty-five minutes passed. No drink was ever offered to me. No update was given. When I finally asked, I was told there were still three people ahead of me and that I had supposedly been "quoted an hour." I was never quoted an hour. I would never have agreed to wait that long, particularly while paying for parking by the hour. When I raised this, the associate escalated his story to "an hour to an hour and a half," which is not remotely what I was told, and does not even align with his colleague's "very shortly." A third associate refused to acknowledge any of this and offered only a hollow "I'm sorry you misunderstood." When I asked if I could simply shop on my own and get help with pants sizing, I was told that required an attendant and would be another thirty to forty-five minutes. I left the items I had gathered on the counter and walked out. Other customers noticed how I was being treated. I left feeling singled out and unwelcome in a store that was happy to serve everyone around me. I will not be returning.

I was browsing their website to see what sort of burgundy suits they had, and the only one that would show up online was a tux version with large black lapels on the jacket. Not quite the look I was going for. So I had some trepidation walking in, as I wanted a burgundy suit but was unsure it would be satisfactory to my preferences. A crucial detail here is that this is for my wedding suit! Upon walking in I met Paula and Angelo. The stories from others review that mention her are all true. She is very knowledgeable, has a great eye for color combinations and tells you everything straight. I had come in at essentially the very last day possible to have a suit made and ready for fitting before my wedding. Word to the wise, the suits can take 4-6 weeks, and longer if you use more premium fabric from Italy, so go months in advance if you are planning a wedding suit! Angelo was a great second opinion and helped us nail down the final look. I should say, since I was nervous about getting the right burgundy suit, Paula and Angelo reassured me it was a good idea, picked out the fabrics that looked best together and illustrated just how nice it would look. They alleviated my concerns about the shade of burgundy that was present on the website, by explaining how the lighting in the photo and what device you actually view the photo on can skew the colors dramatically. They showed me the fabric out of the book, took it into the sun with me to see how it looked, and showed me a similar suit they had done recently, which they posted on their Instagram. The entire consultation took 4 hours, and I left feeling confident in my choices. Once the suit was completed (slightly early I must add) we knocked out the final fitting, made a slight alteration and completed the entire look to the approval of Angelo and Dmitry. You can't go wrong coming to Icon if you are in the market for a custom suit. You will be exceptionally pleased with their professionalism, style and above all the suit itself. It's why people get fitted suits, because they fit!
