Been on a spontaneous kick the past week, decided my long hair disgust me, looks ratty and tacky and had my Mom chop off 10 inches of mine, booked a flight about a half mile away from the terminal a few minutes before it boards which was totally fine until it hit me... I DIDN'T PACK MY RUNNING SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!! F&*k!!! Enter Nike Factory Store - was able to snag a perfect pair of trail trainers to get me through some Colorado miles. Not only were they on sale, they were an additional 40% off. Score! I'm solely a road runner but I do run trail on occasions and didn't need another pair of brand new running shoes so I took a chance on these. They feel fine on the road and even in freezing temps my feet feel warm. I typically run in Brooks but in a pinch these Nikes are great. They are super cute and somehow match perfectly with a little cotopaxi waist pack I picked up at Castle Rock. Friendly, helpful staff. If you're into Nike gear, I'd recommend although I really came in solely for trainers and didn't peruse merch much at all. read more

Rainy day. 5 employees on the floor, not one greeted us or approached my wife and I while shopping, together or separately. I guess it's a self serve experience for customers. I had a pair of pants over my arm with the intention to spend the $55. But clearly we were not important enough to offer service so I put the product back. They had great promotions going on. Additional 20% off clearance and 30% off selected items. Signage was clear. Went to Skechers next door and were immediately greeted and told about their promotions. read more

Something is wrong with their system... I bought running shoes here and wasn't sure if I would return them so I kept the receipts and made sure I paid with my Visa card. Then I also bought from nike online while I was in store with a worker because they didn't have the style or shoe size in store which I also made sure I bought with the same Visa card. When I went back to return both the one I bought online and the one I bought in person, we realized that the receipts don't match my Visa card that I used... I checked all my cards and none of them matched. Two separate receipts with the same wrong Visa card number so they couldn't refund back to my card. I was so frustrated by this because now I'm stuck with a gift card that I might never use and less money in my bank account. read more

Beware of the discount signs, etc. They might not honor them. I'm a fan of the apparel, but I'm not a fan of the customer service at this store. They don't always honor the posted discounts on the racks and the employees don't care where the clothes are located, they only care what the cash register says to charge. So we bought sweatpants that had a 30% off sign on them for full price. It didn't matter that the whole rack was full with the pants, they said that the clothes had an incorrect sign on the rack (but they also didn't correct the mistake on the rack either). - The employee's attitude was annoying. I think I'll go to the other locations instead of this one. I like Nike clothes but not this store. read more

Shoe selection was fine. The line to check out was moving at a snails pace. Some workers were completely unaware of their surroundings and I had to ask them to move so I could get by.. Great store and company overall! LOVE their current spokesperson who doesn't disrespect the military by exercising his constitutional right that was given to ALL Americans. Kneeling during a racist song to protest police brutality that is shown clearly through videos is awesome. Racists focusing on the fact that he kneeled in public than the reason he kneel shows how simple minded they are. The fact that he got the advice to kneel from a former MILITARY member is what puts the icing on the cake. Also advised Nike to pull that shoe that the majority of Americans deemed racists and made their stock go up! How cool is that! Store is kept clean and the workers are friendly. Usually always finding great deals their. Went to the other Factory Store up in Thorton but was underwhelmed at their selection. Love their return policy and the fact that I can stack discounts like my military discount. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Well, despite my dislike for their current spokesperson, we still are fans of Nike Apparel. Me for the ladies running gear, my son for, well, just about everything. I like that here I can find tall sizes for my kid (but it's like finding a needle in a haystack). His shoe and sock size is a whole other project (online shopping). Today on the eve before Christmas Eve, the crowds were minimal and shoppers quite pleasant. I waited a mere 2 minutes in line and I was 28th in queue (you betcha I counted). Not too shabby!!! Because it will notify you 4 times a year when they have the Friends & Family Discount of 25% off additional to any sale. Tip 2: Always have them scan something to check the price. I have been here a few times now. My first trip was horrible and other ones has been a lot better. The first time I went the casher had her feet on the table, yes you hear it right. She had her feet on the table and it seem like she had a chip on her shoulder. When I was ready to pay the screen frozen and she kept saying, "you have to put your card in more". After doing it for about 2 times I told her there's something wrong and she said you're not doing it right. At this point she is now giving me major attitude. She tried it herself and realize that her computer has frozen up. I took the survey at the bottom of the receipt and I checked the option to have a manager call me, still waiting. That was my first horror story. But now to the review of the store. I'm an out of towner to let you know. I have been to many nike factory because I live close to 2 of them. If you're here buy something that is a major deal then you'll be disappointed. Its just another nike factory store. The prices is the same as any other nike store. The selection is difference from other Nike Factory Stores. Since I"m from the bay area, during holidays the lines are near impossible to get in factory store, the lines here during holiday isn't bad at all or none. Their customer service has been much better since the first time I been there. And there are many other clothing company such as Under Armer in the area as well. read more

I went in to buy compression pants. The employee told me I'm wasting my money and essentially told me I don't know what I'm doing. He never asked my background, if I'd had injuries, if a doctor recommended this to me, or what other sports I compete in. This was completely rude. And when I told him I thought he was wrong he went on to tell me that he has been to national championships for Ironman competitions, basically to belittle my opinion. Not sure why you're working at a Nike outlet if that's true. I gave two stars because generally the service is mediocre when I go there. This was by far the worst experience though. read more

Let's just that I arrived @ 9:45 on a Saturday before the store opened and their were about 14 other people waiting. Bought 2 pairs of shoes for $60 a pair for myself and a pair for my husband. + additional 20% off that was going on! Hubby and I walked around the other outlet store for about an hour after our visit to Nike. Passing by Nike an hour later and there was a line out the door and employees weren't letting people in until others came out. Very smart idea, to prevent "crowding, and unwanted messes." I love Nike! They have the nicest most comfy clothes and I got awesome shoes. I am super glad I went there because the people were nice and helping. They constantly asked if I needed help and at one point I did and they were right there to help me get the shoes I wanted. If you are every near the Nike store in castle rock I would highly recommend going in. They have a good variety of what you want and the sizes you need. They have everything from socks or headbands to shoes and sweatshirts. When you get a gift card for someone they come in a little shoe box and I think that is a amazing gift if you don't know what to get for someone and they want Nike. I got a ton of Nike presents for other people. If you are looking for shoes I recommend buying airmax 270's because they fit really well, but they run a little small so I would get one size higher. I wear them almost everyday and you can run, jump and they are even comfortable to play basketball in. But if they don't have them I recommend airmax 720's because they are almost the same as the 270's (they feel the same.) I also like the Nike sweatshirts because they are very cozy and soft and if it is cold outside I would wear that. My favorite pants from Nike are the gray sweatpants they are very comfortable and you can wear them everyday but I'd wear some Nike shorts they aren't as soft but they are very comfortable when you are playing sports. If you are trying to return something they are super understanding and friendly they give you store credit to spend if you return something. I recommend Nike over any brand any day. I wasn't necessarily ready to purchase athletic gear this weekend but was more reviewing the prices so I could come back and snag a couple items. This year I'm on my company kick ball team as well as competing in the Dragon Boat racing and could use some new workout gear. Pretty decent outlet store, there's a lot of options for clothing both mens and womens. The lines on the weekenda at the registers are pretty large so gobduring a weekday. I am usually greeted when walking in to this store or leaving I get a Thank you. The only down fall for this store is the price, the prices aren't much cheaper then buying brand new nike gear at a regular frontline store. I like this store compared to other Nike outlets. I have found some real gems here! My husband is a sneaker head and he really loves coming here because he has found some "grails" when searching high and low. The staff is pretty helpful, but the store isn't as clean as others. Yo I am a Nike Head I have been since Jordan 1's were banned by the NBA! So in the insane Black Friday midnight madness I ended up waiting in the crazy line to get in when they opened at 11 pm. This place was worth the wait, yeah it was a nut house inside and I noticed a mass of people in the center rummaging through a table of shoes! Being the shoe vulture I am a made my way over there and wow, Nike Dunks for my girls for $19.99 with an additional 20 percent off! I find two cool pairs for my oldest and youngest and am now looking for a suitably cool pair for Twinkie (Middle daughter looks like me so I call her Twinkie) , well I get into a rummage off with a shoe troll who already has 4 pairs of shoes under her girthy arms! She opens a box and there it is the perfect pair for Twinkie she shuts the top and I reach for them she snatches them before I can grab them and said nope those are for me. I made the plea about them being for my daughter and that she's being a shoe hoarder and has 4 pairs already etc. but it was no good she didn't care. I did however find her a suitable pair and have my fingers crossed that she will like them! I could of easily dropped a G in here if I had a G to spend but my budget was around $200 and for that I got 6 Pairs of Nikes a sweet Jordan jacket as well and some Jordan flip flops! So I recant that I wont be back to the Outlets to Castle Rock, I will be back and it will be to the Nike Factory store because there are some real good deals here. read more

I love this store. It's always clean and well organized, even during a huge sale in the middle of back-to-school summer shopping which says a lot! All of the employees in the store seem like they genuinely want to help. Lauren C. checked us out two weekends ago and was one of the most kind, efficient and helpful employees I've ever come across. What's with all the dirty looks from the majority of female sales associates? They need to loosen up, because all the other sales associates there are chill and actually are friendlier than most of the women there. I actually felt awkward tension from most of them. Is it because they are not used to having a large portion of clientele whom are women? This also happened at another location in Aurora. All the guys were deadly friendly but the girls were distant, quiet and unhelpful! The only other employee there who wasn't dramatic was this nice female cashier there who rang up my mothers' sports shoes from Sketchers, and Nike. Other than that, great selection of shoes. Feel like I should be a Nike Athlete since all I wear is Nike for my workouts haha. I literally can be a walking billboard with the amount of things I buy. I think the Outlet for the most part has great sales and decent prices. The selection of shoes is usually slim probably since its an outlet, but they have a sale section as well. Prices are cheaper then if you were to get them in Finish Line though. The apparel selection is great though, all kinds of pants, shorts, sports bras, tanks, jackets,etc. Lots of styles, patterns, and colors as well. If you can find things on the clearance racks its even better discounts. One thing I do have a problem with would be the labeling of extra sales. Sometimes they have signs that are "Extra 40% off" and it may say on "training pants" well clarify which ones it actually applies to, because chances are its only a specific style or color or rack. The signs are never really clear to which sports bras are the additional discount or any item for that matter .But overall I will be returning because I think it's your best bet for a selection of Nike products with a discount. read more
