SCAM LOCATION DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Terrible sales service, told us that a phone case and screen protector "comes with your new phone" which to me means free. Checked the receipt after leaving the store and got charged for these so called free items. Went back to return the items and was told they had to cancel the entire transaction including the phone. Wouldn't let us return the phone same day. Asked for the manager's contact phone number and the line is disconnected! He's also the one who ripped us off in the first place according to the other sales associate. This isn't a corporate store either so would recommend going to the Brighton location on Grand River instead. read more

Terrible service. The guy didn't want to help us. I'm a former Sprint customer and he told me that the only way to upgrade is to get a new phone number - a total lie. I will never go back to that store. I don't even want to give this store 1 star If you need a TMobile store, i highly recommend the drive to White Lake and talk to the manager, Rita. She is awesome. T-Mobile, Please please avoid T-Mobile. My personal experience is the sales staff on M-59 lied to us and never gave me my veterans discount and the coverage wasn't very good. T-Mobile says there is no CANCELLATION Fee, and when you cancel and keep your same phone #, they say you have to pay the entire bill, because you kept your phone #! Such a SCAM, because everyone keeps their #! Avoid T-Moble, we had a horrible experience all the way around from customer sales service in Hartland until the last rip off in the end with the CANCELLATION fee that they say does not exist! Save time and money and go anywhere but T-Mobile! read more
