I stopped in and they were able to diagnose the problems and provided an accurate estimate for the repair. In addition, they cleaned up my laptop and offered suggestions for protecting it. They treated the computer as if it was their own. We are now discussing the benefits of computer controlled alarms and cameras for my home. Alpha Computer Group started with me when I was first setting up my own home office for my start up company. They helped me set up my computer with its own data network connecting me with the other founder of my company located in New York. Alpha Computer Group also designed my company's website when I did not have the bandwidth or manpower to do it myself. Now, our company has grown to 150 employees and Alpha Computer Group has been there every step of the way. The helped my partner and me move from our homes into a commercial office space. They set up our telephone network systems, the computer network infrastructure, and the business email for all of my employees. Alpha Computer Group is our IT hotline for when myself or any of my employees have issues. We simply go on their website, fill out a ticket request and someone responds within a day. They also come to my company once a week to work on any issues that cannot be resolved over the phone. This summer, they will be installing security cameras and an alarm system with remote access for all employees. I wouldn't entrust the job to anyone but Alpha Computer Group. I would recommend Alpha Computer Group to any small or medium sized business. They really cater to the needs of the individual client and are very responsive to any issues and problems your company may encounter.

    I want to recognize an employee who goes by GD for providing exceptional customer service. He took…read morethe time to patiently explain the basics of my new iPhone 17 and helped me understand things I had no clue how to do. He showed me how to transfer my information, navigate the phone, and use important features without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was not only his knowledge, but also his professionalism and kindness. He is far beyond what most people would expect from a retail store employee. His expertise, patience, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. While I was in the store, I noticed he treated every customer with the same level of respect and attention. He is a real asset to T-Mobile and deserves recognition from corporate for the excellent work he does. The last time I received service this good was years ago when the Sprint store in Garden City was still operating. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 13 to a 17e. The store associate who assisted me was very evasive and had the attitude as if I was a bother to him. I was so eager to get a new phone, I shrugged the negative sale experience and bought the phone. I spent over one hour in the store for the activation and transfer process. He seemed annoyed at my questions and barely offered any assistance. He was chit chatting with his coworkers as I was not there and provided the bare minimum to assist me. I was with my kids and he never provided the information that I could completed the process at home. After a whole hour and no progress on the transfer as my baby was getting fussy ,I asked him if I could complete it at home. He shrugged yes and told me I had one month to return the old phone to any store. I used my ID with my married name to pay and do the whole transaction. Last night I completed the process and went back to the store today to drop off the old phone on my lunch break as I am busy mom of two who works full time . The store associates today told me they were unable to process the old phone because the name on my ID did not match my current name on the account. I said I was just here and purchased a whole phone with the same ID yesterday in the same Store . The employee answered :" well the employee who helped you yesterday did not follow protocol. We cant do anything about it .You need to have the account holder change your name on the account before we can accept the old phone." They did not offer an apology for what happened and were just like eh. I am so disappointed as I Have been a customer of T-Mobile for over 10 years and was truly appalled at the terrible customer experience received both times and the level of unprofessionalism. Now after two trips in store and wasted lunch break, I have to call the T-Mobile line to update my name and return back in store third time to return the old phone. I am truly appalled and disappointed. they need to better customer service and to do better .
