T-mobile advertises 5-g in my zip code as of today. Not true. I am glad that my mobile provider, other than t-mobile, with a hot spot feature is my go to. I spoke to a few of their customer service reps. They related to me that their service is degraded and cannot provide 5G service until further notice. But they are happy to charge my their full price for sub-service internet. Save your money and find an honest service provider. read more

This is the 2nd time that I have come to this store for a promotion to upgrade my phone and the 2nd time I have been told the promotion ended the day before. I said you have the promotion even showing on an advertisement board outside. They apologized, but said their was nothing they could do about it. When I said they should take the sign down, they said they were not allowed unless directed. I guess false advertising isn't an issue. As a shareholder of TMobile, I am very disappointed with this interaction. read more

I went to t- mobile to find a new phone an when i got there i open up the door and hear a very nice voice. "Welcome to t- mobile what brings you in today". Her name was Heather Turner she was so kind. I found my phone that I wanted and she explained all of its features. So i had her to order it for me and when it gets here I am gonna have her help me set it up. Thank you Heather, your service was amazing! read more

I think it is very much bad business after being a customer of T-Mobile for over 20 yrs that they turn your service off in the middle of pandemic when your service is not even 2 weeks past due and charge $20 per line to restore it, thanks T-Mobile for caring about your customers **NOT** read more
