Instead, they used a cheap aftermarket screen that did not even include the MacBook logo branding that normally appears on startup. Only a few months later, the replacement screen completely failed. In November 2025, the computer suddenly shut off and the screen went black despite the laptop not being dropped, damaged, or mishandled in any way. It had mostly been sitting untouched. When I contacted the store, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that "MacBook cases can sometimes cause screen damage," which makes absolutely no sense considering the circumstances. For the amount of money they charge, customers should expect genuine parts, quality repairs, and accountability when something goes wrong. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel misled about the quality of the repair I paid for.

It offers mailing, and some printing services, as well as Amazon package drop-off (which means it sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day). Although the store is very busy, the employees keep everything running smoothly for the most part. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. My only "gripe" is that the reception for mobile and WiFi service in the building is horrible, so when going to pull up an Amazon code for a return, it is often difficult. Although the store has guest WiFi for customers, no one seems to know how to access it. The manager has made it a habit to tell people to go to the cafe next door and purchase something to use their customer WiFi. This is instead of researching what the UPS WiFi password is. I found that inconvenience a bit off-putting, so I don't frequent this location like I used to. Thankfully, Amazon has added a new feature that allows me to add my product return labels to my Apple Wallet before going in, so I no longer need the WiFi, but still. Customers should be directed to leave your store and go to another store and spend money, just to use your services. That's weird. I appreciate the convenience and the fast, friendly service, but the value is a bit questionable at this location for me.
