Me and my family been with t-Mobil for years. We have our payments in auto pay. T-Mobil will some times pay themselves and other times won't. They got the nerve to say maybe it's my banks fault. Crazy part is they charge you five dollars if you pay in store witch is crazy. I was with spring before T-Mobile for over a decade and let me say I had a way better experience with them. There has been way too many times where T-Mobile won't pay themselves and I have to pay extra money. Some of us have busy lives and don't have time to be running around playing games. No I don't want your free phones witch are absolute trash to mention. I'll be moving back to spring save yourself the trouble if you thinking of switching over to T-Mobile. People at the store are nice but the company is a joke. Never get signal and wanna charge you an arm and a leg. read more

Horrible customer service . The night before my husband and father went and spoke with Roger, he tried his best to get my dad (who's elderly) the best upgraded phone. They asked Roger multiple times if his diabetic machine would work, Roger insisted that it would. When they came home it in fact did not work (the phone did not comply with the app) we went back today spoke with Jaime and he was very negative about the whole situation. We told him everything and it felt like it was a "I didn't do it so it's not my problem" situation and basically told us there was nothing he could do we had to come back at 1 to speak with a manager or go next door. Basically handing our problems to another location instead of trying to have patience and help us. If this happened while I was here with my elderly dad image if my dad went alone? He definitely wouldn't have even probably had a chance to explain. Well we went next door and honestly I was happy we did. The vibe and customer service at the other location was THE Best!! They were welcoming patient went out of their way to help us find a solution (WHICH THEY DID!!) and very kind with me and my father. I'll never be coming back to this store and advise my family and friends to also avoid this location. read more

Went to this T-Mobile location today to fix a problem that another T-Mobile store in Austin had caused with my e-sim and my physical sim card the day before which left me without service for over 24 hours (and I was traveling, so imagine how fun that is...). Mona the store manager was so friendly and helpful, as was Kevin who was the one helping me to get everything fixed. They replaced the SIM card and made sure that it was updated and that my phone was in working order before I left the store. Would absolutely recommend this store. read more

Deceptive sales practices!!! If you choose this location, be aware that the sales people are not knowledgeable, deceptive to make a sell , and don't follow policies! Also, this store caters to the Hispanic demographic. All adverts are in Spanish and all of the workers are Hispanic. No diversity at this location at all! read more

Scam!! They say your plan won't change but it does! They love to play with your mind and if you have a old plan don't change it!!!!

Called to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Guy said he'd check and that they did. When I get there they say customer service called and asked if they had it and they told them no. Waisted trip. Felt like it was bait and switch. read more

Awesome staff and great environment. Each time I have to visit a T-Mobile store and more often when at/near home; I visit this particular loc. Always a greeting when I walk through the door along with smiles and patient to say the least. And really like the convenience of scheduling an online 'wait in line' appointment, so there's little to no wait. As I did this evening, for tempered glass replacement -- so glad they began the warranty replacement program for the screen protectors. I've visited over the last 3 to 4 years at any given time of day and always, always consistent in customer service provided. read more

I give this location 5 stars because the service was fast ,friendly and accurate!!! After the trying day husband and I had with T-Mobile and UPS COMBINED to get complete service here was awesome thanks to Mary she was great! !! It started a few days ago when my husband's note 3 wouldn't hold a charge so T-Mobile shipped him a new one, however yesterday the guy didn't come until after 6pm yesterday and we missed him. so we tracked the package. This afternoon he Spoke with UPS and agreed to pick it up. then he gets a text saying the package had attempted to be delivered at 9am. So we call tmobile who calls ups on 3 way and now the package is in Huntsville ready for pickup. ..only problem is we live in houston. So finally they find the package and tell us we have until 7pm to pick it up in houston So we get in the car ready to go and a ups guy passes with a small box so we stop him and he has the Phone that causes all the trouble.....relieved to get the package but. ... the box is smashed open, and the phone inside was cracked we call T-Mobile back....WE DON'T WANT THE PHONE ANYMORE WE JUST WANT AN UPGRADE But we can't do that until we return the phone. SO we pack the box up best we can take to a ups drop box and head over to this store!!! Again THANKS YOU SO MUCH MARY YOU REALLY MADE OUR NIGHT!!! read more
