It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. Even if there was a mistake or issue to address, there's a respectful and private way to handle that--this was not it. The energy in the store instantly shifted, and it made me want to leave. I believe how a business treats its staff--especially young or new employees--says a lot about its values.
