At the beginning, there was a lady on the phone who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. However, I came back just a second after leaving because I forgot to ask one more question. I politely asked Riley if he could call the lady back since it was just a quick question. Instead, he told me he couldn't because "she's going to get furious," then gave me a facepalm gesture and raised his voice at me and looks irritated I work in customer service myself, so I understand that stressful situations happen, but I don't think that kind of reaction was appropriate. Customers should still be treated respectfully, even during training. Based on how he reacted, I personally don't think he would be a good fit for that position if this is how he handles customer interactions.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Jaelin. He immediately started the process of getting the phone we inquired about and started the process of getting us set up. He asked about warranties, cases, ect. After deciding on a case he informed us of a promotion so we got a couple of more accessories. He was not high pressure...he just wanted to be sure we had what we needed. His service skills are impeccable and he knows his stuff. I learned a lot from him and when we walked out the door the new phone was just like the one we brought in. He took the time to transfer everything, install the screen protector, and also install the case. We could not be happier with the service he provided. 5 star service for sure.

I decided to give them a try and have been very happy with the service. We've had little trouble with our connections over the past couple of years. When our rental guests did have problems they were helped over the phone or a tech was sent out in a timely manner. Anytime I needed help or had questions about different services, it was easy to get Jennifer on the phone to answer my questions. What a breath of fresh air it is to have someone answer the phone right away without a long wait When I had a streaming issue with my old televisions not being smart tvs, they were able to find someone who went out and purchased the correct tvs and installed them as well.i wasn't able to get down to the obx to do it myself. What a relief to know that my rental property was going to be ready for my guests when they arrived! It's bittersweet that I just sold my rental property this month.
