    When we were in Kitty Hawk in the outer banks and my phone died. I was still working and needed my…read morephone. I was in a dire situation. I found their store online and went over around 5:00pm. Jared was working that evening. He was amazing. He tried to get my phone working and determined it was dead. He went into my account and determined I had insurance. He filled out the forms and quickly got the approval for the replacement of the phone. My dead phone was an IPHONE 6s and he got me upgraded to a 7S. The phone showed up at 10:30 the next morning. They swapped my phone and downloaded my cloud back up. My phone was back in operations in less then 24 hours. Jared and the team at AT&T kitty hawk were life savers. Thanks you

    My experience at the AT&T store was okay at first. Riley is currently in training, so I understand…read morethat he's still learning and may not have all the information yet. At the beginning, there was a lady on the phone who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. However, I came back just a second after leaving because I forgot to ask one more question. I politely asked Riley if he could call the lady back since it was just a quick question. Instead, he told me he couldn't because "she's going to get furious," then gave me a facepalm gesture and raised his voice at me and looks irritated I work in customer service myself, so I understand that stressful situations happen, but I don't think that kind of reaction was appropriate. Customers should still be treated respectfully, even during training. Based on how he reacted, I personally don't think he would be a good fit for that position if this is how he handles customer interactions.
