I went in the T-Mobile store today with an charging issue with my Samsung s21 Ultra today. The service was very fast, friendly, and most importantly, professional. Less than a minute after entering the store, I was greeted by Jason. He suggested phone replacement warranty options. Then he quickly requested Monica assist with my issue. Monica kindly and patiently researched various options for me. She even updated my profile as I am the primary account holder. During her research she keenly assessed that the Belkin "superfast" charger that I purchased from their store two days ago might be the culprit that is causing problems after I noticed that my phone went back to charging normally when charged by their store charger. She was kind enough to offer me one of their T-Mobile store chargers. She even allowed me to keep the $70 Belkin charger and plug that I bought from them three days ago. read more

Be careful with this location. They'll tell you your service will be one price and when you get the bill it's double the price. This review is specifically for the HOME INTERNET. I live in a "high coverage area" and the signal strength says it's good! But... if you plan on watching anything via streaming service, expect CONSTANT buffering, lagging, and more often than anything else, complete interruption of Wi-Fi. I am constantly getting my signal cut, and unable to steam anything. During the day, the best you can look forward to is snail speed downloading, and loss of signal every 5/10 minutes. The ONLY time the home internet is good, is between the hours of 11pm and 6am. Which most likely you are asleep. My PHONE service, in the same area is awesome... but the home internet.... Don't waste your money. read more

Amazing service! The customer service that Hector and Deric gave my elderly father was phenomenal. He is a disabled vet that only has half of his hearing, I called and asked if what was wrong with his phone could be fixed at this store. Hector assured me he would be well taken care of. And he was!!! He walked in and was taken in right away. They patiently helped him figure out his new phone and made sure he was satisfied. When we signed up for a non-contract coverage, they nickel and dimed us, Told us we have a special deal. But up to this point we are paying $50 a month more than quoted. we signed up last day of November switched over service and they told us we had to pay for a whole month. read more
