Quick service and knowledgeable staff was in and out in about 5 minutes. Recommended for phone unlocking service.

Ok. Let's get to it. The service is very poor…read more The wait times are even worse. And even scheduling appointments don't seem to work at all. Now let's get into the details: A year ago - Ish we went to file an an insurance claim on my son's tablet and they took our tablet and gave us a new one and shipped out our old one. The SIM card got lost somewhere and they had to email us one and then we had to take it back into T-Mobile have them install it. Now fast-forward our tablet again is still not working and will not hold a charge so we go in again to see about upgrading it or changing it or finding out what's going on with it now I came in on Saturday mid morning and they were busy and I expressed that I wanted to schedule an appointment for Monday for when me and my husband both had time off so that we can do more than just upgrade a tablet. We wanted to do a full upgrade on tablet's, phones, and watch. I spoke with a representative Angela, who was very sweet but in over her head. She went through some of the details with me and wasn't too pushy. After speaking with her and scheduling the appointment, she handed me her card and told me to text her on my way so that I wasn't being put in a holding queue knowing that I was gonna be on a lunch break. (Don't get me wrong I was not going to rush them to get this all done this was an informational visit to go over options and pricing) BEFORE selecting our new products. I would of course understand how this would need more time should we be ready to download install transfer everything. Now back to it: They gave me an appointment like I mentioned before I texted her 10 minutes before we made it to our appointment time we checked in with a young gentleman who asked why we were there explained we had an appointment at 12 and he said OK go ahead and have a seat so 10 minutes go by don't think anything of it. Maybe she's just on break 15 minutes go by, he came over and told us that we'll be after the next two people and I explained to him that I made the appointment for my lunch break for a reason and he continued to then asked me what was my purpose in coming in and it didn't seem like I was a priority until after I explained to him that there was gonna be sales (commission based sales) at the end of our appointment so at that point, he then decided to try and hurry things along and ask me how much time do you have left before you need to be going? I explained to him that I had about 30 minutes left and I needed 10 minutes of it to drive back to work so that I didn't violate. Another 15 minutes go by so now we've been sitting here for 45 minutes and my husband and I decide to stand up and start walking out and at that point that same young gentleman got upset and knowing that they lost sales. Not that my time was wasted, but you could clearly tell that they were there for the sales. (To the point I told him waiting here is not worth losing my job- because you can't do yours(everyone waiting seems aggravated and annoyed)) Now I understand things get busy and I understand there's only so many people that can help at a time but to not even sit there and tell me that the person that I made the appointment with wasn't even working today. It wasn't until I got home, that the phone number that the young lady asked me to text messaged me back apologizing that they messed up her schedule. Why would they not alert somebody that is on their book of business or have that person take over that Calendar day if they're not gonna be available. Not only that she then proceeded in trying to fix the situation after I told her I'm no longer interested in that location and that they've lost my business that she then provided her personal phone number which is a violation of her contract with the employment of T-Mobile and at that point I stopped messaging her and decided to write this post. I understand why she did it because she wanted to make sure that it wasn't on her as it was her employees or her coworkers or colleagues to have upheld the level of service that was expected. My review has nothing against her, but as the service industry itself if you're gonna make an appointment on appointment or tell the person right away if that appointment time is no longer available due to an unforeseen circumstances, don't try and hold them for the sale but Instead provide excellent customer service or don't even bother. My husband, and I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon, we will be driving too the Valley and visiting in Apple location.

My sister got her first upgrade iPhone in 6 years, so this was a very special visit. To say Lea's proficiency, knowledge of product and plan policy was above average would be an understatement. She assessed the clients needs from head to toe. Then walked us through the best options to satisfactory. This was by far... THEE BEST customer service I have ever had in a phone store. Hands down. The overall staff was very on point. Great Job team T-Mobile. And Thank You Lea!

As someone who have been there client for 3 years, it's honestly disappointing how they treat their long term clients versus their new clients. Us long-term clients get the short end of the stick. But we already know how the spectrum company treat their customers, but this review is toward this particular spectrum location. Tell me why it took 50 minutes to receive service as a pick-up walk-in client. I had switched my spectrum earlier to have a higher GB, and therefore they offer a free modem that can handle a higher GB. I had requested a pick-up thinking it would be a quick 10 minute wait, but 50 minutes is outrageous. They have all their clients service the same regardless if you are here to pick up vs signing/updating your service. This has to be the most infuriating thing because I legit was only here to pick up, and did not need to speak to a customer service rep. I had seen other customers trying to sign up and that could take 20 minutes each, so imagine how frustrating it was. The staff works slow cause it took him 10 minutes to get the equipment and assign it to me! It would have been better for them to ship it to me; I should have taken that offer when the spectrum rep on the phone told me they could do that. Why I decided to pick up is beyond me now after waiting 50 minutes and 10 more minutes for the staff to let me pick up the item. Took me 10 minutes to write this review while he checked me out. I was so over it. Update: The staff forgot to give me a yellow cord (ethernet) to connect the modem and router. Had to call Spectrum to send me one instead. Guess I wasted time going to the store in person
