Let me start by saying I'm not a T-Mobile customer. My mother in law and two daughters have an account there. I am posting this review because I worked with a new manager there, Robert, to resolve an issue. His customer service skills are second to none and he exceeded my expectations in a day and age where customer service seems to be disappearing. I dropped my girls off there to make a payment on their acct. they paid cash and didn't get a receipt. ‍. All of a sudden their phones were cut off a few weeks later for non-payment. I called the store and explained the situation. Robert searched the transactions that day and found the payment had been applied in error to another account just 1 number off from theirs. I thanked him and ended our call to reach out to customer service with the info Robert had provided. 611 wouldn't let me talk to a person because the acct was past due so I was in a bind. I called Robert back and explained. He called customer service and had the payment applied, the phones reinstated all for me. Truly appreciated his efforts in correcting the error. read more

Worst customer service ever! Walked in and stood there for five minutes while three different employees who were not busy played on their phone. When I finally was called on, I explain to them what plan I had researched online and what I wanted to do, they told me you'll have to call customer service. I explained I was not a current T-Mobile customer and was planning on switching I wanted to do that today. Their response was you'll have to call customer service to make that happen. Why the heck would anyone have a T-Mobile store if it wasn't there to help new customers? Worst part? I used to be a T-Mobile employee, And love the company, policies, and service. Hopefully I'll find another store that will actually help me finish this one is terrible and I wouldn't go here. read more

yesterday I went into this store to get a new I Phone 11 Pro Max that I had ordered online the previous day, however it had been shipped to my old address so I was told by customer service online to go to a store to get another, however when I got there that information was incorrect, the return needed to be processed first then I would be able to upgrade my phone. the customer service person I was working with, LEXI, went above and beyond for me, she made a phone call to see if we could get an override and worked with them for over an hour to make sure I left the store with my new phone, she is wonderful and so knowledgeable I was very impressed with her customer service skills, it is rare these days to find someone who is willing to go above and beyond for you, but she did just that and I want to thank her for making me feel like I was the only T-mobile customer around. Dishonest up front. I went in to get the military discount and wanted the normal magenta plan. Was told 160 dollars if I upgraded to the max. I was also told I had ten days to cancel insurance as I was unsure of that. Five days later after cancelling insurance I have a bill for 190 plus the insurance fees of fifty something dollars.
