She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True. I did not have an appointment for the Genius Bar, but the guy in the front took my info down, and told me it would only be about half an hour. I wandered off, and in about 10 minutes, I received notice that my appointment was ready. The guy helping me was super thorough and knowledgeable. He confirmed what I already knew - that my iPad needed to be replaced with a new one. Fortunately, I could get a trade in amount of $190, so that helped substantially with purchasing a new one. The apple "genius" (maybe Andrew?) ordered my new iPad mini, went and got it, took my payment, deactivated my old one, set up my new one, and scrubbed the old one. Altogether it took less than an hour and I was on my way, easy peasy. I don't use their services often, but it's nice that they are available if I need to.

They will be persistent to sell you a new phone so learn to say no! I am came in for a battery replacement for IPhone14 ProMax and the charge was $99 per Apple Support online, before they take it you will have to sign a waiver for accidental data loss. My appointment was 1:15pm, Staff formality and diagnostic done at 145pm and 315pm was expected return. We went outside the mall for a good lunch and returned 245pm and ask the greeters if phone battery was ready and it was! By 300pm we're on our way back home. The charge was supposed to be $99 but no charge was extended and they replaced crack screen protector cover as well! I am clueless why free, because the phone is 3 generation old? Anyway, I was quite surprise! Reaching home I plug the phone to its chargers to make sure they work -plugged in wall and on the standing power stand. Battery Capacity was 100% vs 77% when replaced. Everything worked! No data loss! I was more than happy! Apple Staff you guys maybe methodical and stoic but job well done. I dealt with two greeters, one diagnostic person, repair person, ready person and a manager to confirm it was zero cost!

disclaimer: i wasn't actually assisted through a service here, but i had a peerless experience…read morevisiting this location with excellent floor management. i have no idea what his name is, but a man greeted me immediately after i signed in on the tablet. he saw my bag of equipment and asked if i was there to drop off or exchange the equipment only or if i needed anything else. i told him i only needed to drop it off. he kindly and patiently let me know that all of the employees were assisting customers with mobile service, that most of the people in front of me were also mobile customers, and that the wait would likely be longer than an hour. he suggested a spectrum drop-off point at a nearby ups store less than 10 minutes away as an alternative. we left and had the equipment all packed up to send in less than 20 minutes from that interaction. he saved us a ton of time waiting, managed the queue for his colleagues, and overall ensured that our experience there was short and sweet. if that's the type of management i can expect here, i would definitely return for any concerns.

She worked to find someone to assist me and resolve my issues in the meantime. She pointed out the features on a phone I was interested in and helped with an account issue I was having. Tony ended up helping me and he is an ALL STAR! He was so great! He took so much time and was able to help multiple customers at once without anyone feeling neglected. I can't say enough about how great they were and I am thankful for their professionalism, kindness, and patience. They are understaffed so results may vary when you go but they are also hiring so that's a plus too.
