On June 7, 2026 my family and I came to this location to upgrade a phone and add a new phone and number to the account. We were welcomed by Nick at the door with professionalism kindness and respect. He greeted us asked about our day and asked how he could help us. Throughout our transition Nick and another male coworker of possibly spanish descent (didn't get his name) made sure we were taken care of. We walked away satisfied and will definitely return. Went here with a phone saying no SIMM. Since I forgot my pin Dawson couldn't get a msg to my phone saying he couldn't help me at all and to try customer service. I got frustrated I pay 150 a month and since I forgot my pin and being told there was nothing he could do. He couldn't reset or help I asked if I could use a desk phone phone to call support since mine wasn't working. Clearly why I was at the store and he said no. I said last year I brought my phone in that was dead and the guy who helped me was able to bring my account up and got through everything never had any issues. I guess Dawson got butthurt and told me to go find that guy and he couldn't help me again with a big grin on his face. . A little redundant since he already told me to go figure it out myself. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and not everyone is trained the same. I also wanted to speak to his manager who he said is out for weeks ‍ There is a Verizon shop down the road that was much much friendlier and helped me fix my phone, yes he was much more knowledgeable than Dawson. Had a problem with my phone. They said it was a reoccurring problem with a lot of phones. It had to do the SIM cards. I've only had this phone for less than two years and I had to buy another new phone. They tell me I have to pay for a new registration. I think it is unfair but most phone companies are all the same, it's all about their bottom line. To hell with the customers. I already paid to have one phone hooked up and now I have to pay for another at no fault of my own. read more

I had an amazing experience with the operation. I replaced my phone through a phone insurance company. I couldn't get it set up. So, i went into this location for assistance. WARNING!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is not a corporate store owned or operated by Verizon Wireless. They are an authorized retailer and that term is LOOSELY given. The sales team and sales practices are deceptive and rank in the categories of credit collectors. They charge $20.00 for sim cards which are FREE through Verizon for your phones that you already own. When they first opened over a decade ago, my husband and I did not realize that they were not a corporate store because they falsely advertise as though they are and they do not clarify themselves as anything different even though while you are in there referring to what you saw online being offered through your already existing account, isn't being offered there, they use the slick psychological warfare of the best used car salesman and credit collectors to damage your ego and make you believe you don't qualify for such deals, when in reality they are trying to make a hefty commission off of you. The sales guy we dealt with also told us we had to turn in the phones we owned in order to upgrade. We walked out of there spending $900.00 in phones and turning in 5 phones that we owned. I called Verizon corporate when we left there, not understanding why the account online promised one thing and the store salesman couldn't give us the same offer. The authentic Verizon Wireless sales person was appalled that the "DEMON" at Cellular Sales had behaved in such deceptive sales practices using their name. I called the owner of the store and raised hell. I explained to him that this was not going to go away and that I wanted my money back and my phones returned to me. I got what I wanted, but when I went to pick up my phones, the salesman that deceived us, after handing me the bag of phones grinned and said "oh by the way", as he reached into his shirt pocket, "you might want this" as he pulled out my SD card that was in my phone. DISGUSTING SACK OF EXCREMENT! When I sent my husband to pick up a SIM card so that I could activate a phone we had in the house, they charged him $20.00, after we had been there once before and picked one up for free because that is Verizon policy. I called up there, when I found out they charged him and the female I spoke to TRIED to get on front street before I could even finish telling her what she was going to do, speaking to me as though I were some kind of idiot and that I don't know how to call corporate, her manager, her owner or write a review on Yelp, Google, Facebook and every other review site on the internet I can to let the whole world and all of Zephyrhills know that this place is an impacted anus in need of an enema when it comes to business practices, customer service, ethics and morality. read more

Had a patient representive who help us with our new phones and gave us a little discount on our bill

I went in with a friend who had some questions about their phone plan and phone. After they were done, I asked some questions about possibly getting myself a new phone. The salesman gave me the choices of phones, went thru the pros and cons etc. I told him three times that I wasn't interested in the plan where you pay for a phone over time. He wrote down everything, telling me the cost of my phone etc. I again made sure it wasn't the pay as you go plan and he said no. I was also to get a $100 rebate within one month. When the bill came, imagine my shock to see a charge for the monthly payment for purchasing my phone. I called and called without any help. Then I called VZW customer service who advised me to NOT go to that location again and apologized for not being able to change things because my bill arrived on the 15th day after I got the phone. If it had been the 14th day, I could've returned the phone! I'm disappointed and want to cancel my plan with Verizon. Terrible customer service at the store and a representative at the store who is s liar and a cheat! read more
