Hello, my name is Kimberly. I was at this store today buying a charger and the manager was very rude and aggressive. She yelled at me in front of everyone to not open the boxes, which I was just looking at. Please, I walked into this kind of people. Bad customer service, train that fat woman manager. read more

Peter doesn't know how to do simple tasks. After waiting for a phone to be switched out Peter took it upon himself to let me know my device had water damage and I'd have to wait additional days for another new phone to be sent to me. Peter promised the phone would be expedited and I wouldn't have to wait more than 2-3 days. PETER chooses ground shipping and now I have to wait an additional 7 days for a phone. NEVER GO TO THE PLACE. Reading comprehension is something they cannot handle. read more

I am currently going through a hard time with T-Mobile because of that store in Lauderdale lakes. A employee added 5 lines to my account and tmobile is refusing to reimburse my account. I filed a police report and will seek legal action!!!! read more

An employee added another line to my account without my knowing or authorization. Because of that, my bill was twice what it was supposed to be. If it had not been for corporate fixing their mistakes I would have moved to another carrier and will definitely stop suggesting the people I know to switch with this brand. 15 years of loyalty thrown to the garbage because an employee just wanted to get extra commission read more
