I spoke to Megan regarding AT&T service. She advised that I stick with T-Mobile. I want around 6:40 PM so I'm not sure if she was tired and didn't want to do any work or if she didn't want to help. On top of her lack of motivation, she told me that my iPhone XS Max is not compatible with AT&T. My phone is an unlocked phone from Apple. She was insisting that my device will not Robert AT&T unless I trade my device in and get a new device with an installment plan read more

Then when I realized what they did I called and spoke to the store manager Juan who advised me to call customer service and cancel the line knowing that I would lose all promotions I got within the last 90 days! Had talked to 5 different at&t phone representatives, finally came back to the store where everything started. On February 23rd, we pre-ordered 2 phones (s10 plus and s10e) on the suggestion of one of your employees when we had come in for two due upgrades. We were assured more than once these two phones were part of the Samsung promotion where if you pre-order, you were promised the galaxy buds. Come to find once we got our phones in the mail, the galaxy s10e is not part of the promotion. We reached out to Samsung seeing as it is a Samsung promotion, they said they can not honor it. They said to go to at&t and see if they can do something about it since it is technically their fault. So we reached out to AT&T, did the chat live, did online phone conversations, promised numerous times we will be satisfied at the end of all this. Finally told that there were notes left in our account and that the at*t store will help us. Go into the store, we get an apology from the employee who gave us the wrong information, but no solution. Extremely disappointed in AT&T customer service. We will be on the lookout to be switching over to another carrier. read more

For starters, I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with AT&T's service overall. But to make matters worse, when you go into a store like this one, you are met with unfriendly staff that seem more content to lecture you than at least try to work with you to solve your issues. Customer service and friendliness is not this location's strong point, at least with the rep we saw. It's a shame, but experiences like this cause people to switch providers! read more

This is easily the worst retail experience I've had in years. Walk into the store at 9:30AM. 3 customers in the store including myself. 1 employee working. He stops me the second I walked in, doesn't even say hello instead he says, "there's 2 people in front of you so you are gonna have to wait". I say ok and have a seat. 30 minutes pass he is on the same customer. Another employee walks in with coffee and starts chatting it up with him while we all wait around for him to care. Staff intentionally ignore customers here and do not care how long you have to wait. I was going in to add two more phones to my account and a family plan for my kids but at the rate they serve customers it would take ALL DAY. I get that it's Holiday time, I don't get the lack of service and genuine disinterest in helping as many customers as they can. Walked out after 45 minutes with NO interaction and seriously considering going to the competition. With so many options out there you really can't afford to provide service this poor. Every time I come in here, the waiting time is more than necessary, even though they have 5 or 6 counters opened. And the worst part, it may take 30 minutes or more just to cancel or remove a simple feature. I have been to the Willowbrook Mall branch, and they were a lot faster than this outlet. Today, the thing that really have made me dissatisfied was having to deal with the manager, Adonny. My impression of this manager is not satisfactory. He has appeared many of a time arrogant. Being in a retail store, it is important to actually take care of your customer's so that they are happy. But his actions proved otherwise. Every customer in this center is just a number to him. I was introduced to a feature, and was told that it does not cost anything for it. I clarified, to make sure that it is a true, and I will not get penalized in the long run. I tried out the feature and eventually figured out that it was not as good as what I have with a different carrier. I became a bait of misinformed situation. That was why I figured, it was too good to be true. I end up paying the return fee, even though I tried to see if that could be waived due to misinformed information. I will not come back to this store again, mainly due to misinformation, arrogant, and a manager that does not know anything about customer's satisfaction. With the power of the internet, retail store personnel should be more in tune with their customer satisfaction, especially reviews like this could be placed so easily. I hate to do this, but I am not happy about what I have to go through today. Hopefully with this review, improvement can be made. read more

I went to this AT&T store @3:30 AM to secure getting the iPhone X 256 day of release. Only to not receive the phone due to someone jumping in the line. I then assked for the store manager whom never came out to address the situation after i waited patiently for a couple hours for her to never come out. Rather than make a disturbance I took the X 64G with the promise if a new phone comes in I can switch it out and not be charged a re-stock fee within 14 days which I agreed to, but when the phone did not come in I took the 64 back with intentions to order 256. At the time of the original purchase my previous phone was turned in for $230 credit. My bill was $0 and I did not see why I would have to pay upfront. I was told there is nothing that can be done and left the store with no phone at all. For two days I my work was compromised and my life put on hold. I pleaded to help me in anyway as 10 year customer nothing could be done, After I felt like I went up and beyond to accommodate everyone involved just to be shown the door with nothing. Only walk into a Verizon store and offered the world right after leaving, I didn't understand why I should change my carrier after being with someone for so long. I was left with no choice but to call multiple friends for extra phone. This level of embarrassment no one should have to endure this. I have been a good customer for over 10 years, I was disrespected and mistreated with no form of urgency to resolve this situation. Be careful if you do business in this store. They will add features to your plan without your authorization. My daughter made two visits to this store, one to order a new phone and one to pick up the phone. On her first visit they added a protection plan to her account without her knowing. I caught it and had it removed. On her second visit they saw the plan was removed and added it in again. I caught it again and had it removed a second time. I called AT&T to complain and they gave me a $10 credit on my bill for the inconvenience. Beware of the unethical practices in this store! read more

The worst thing you can do is go into this place and be honest and kind. The 'salesboy' couldn't stop complaining that my credit check was taking so long. Admittedly, I know next to nothing about technology and phones. I left with no idea how to use it, no idea what im paying or even my account number. And nice job moving my apps and contacts over. I went to this store to buy a phone, I'm probably leaving with the flu. The salesperson was sneezing and sniffling from the moment I walked in. She should not have been near customers, especially customers with low immune systems. Her manager and other associates sat at a table playing video games and couldn't be bothered. While she was helpful and it wasn't her fault at all, she should not have been at work or someone else should have been interacting with customers. She sneezed into her hands and then used her tablet to update my account, and asked me to sign my name - with my finger - on her tablet. She handled the new phone and other items that I had to touch as well. There was no way to avoid touching what she touched. The manager, who had quite the attitude, should have gotten up and walked away from the video games and come to assist. Will never go back and would not recommend this location. read more
