Came to inquire abt availing a phone for an existing account since existing phone got destryoed…read more This guy, RAJ, intead of assisting me with price or options, turned me down & just referred me to go to the Tmobile app or inquire further thru phone & said that they'll be the one to ship the phone to me. Asked him why does he have to refer me elsewhere? i was alrdy in their store! He said he only handles sales for new customer. i told him it's supposed to be a one-stop shop, not just for new customers, but also for existing ones, just like the former employees back there like Cameron & Anthony, who truly did awesome in giving their personalized service w/o limitation! This employee, RAJ, is undeniably lazy & very unaccomodating to me! So before i blow my steam off & go down his level, I just left w/a promise of leaving a bad review, not on Tmobile, but on employees like him! He should be wrkng somewhere else cuz his service is undeniably POOR- with me & my husband, at least!

The reviews are correct. This business is terrible. I had to call back at least 5 times in 1 days…read morebecause of bad connection or either the employees just hung up. I got an email saying "would you like a "free tablet " There's that word "free". I should have read the reviews on Yelp first, dog it!(and that's not the word I really want to use.) Well, I was trying to cancel it all the same day but because of the disconnecting I was not able to. Then I finally got a rep(?) that I didn't loose connection with (that's why I said that they hung up, I guess because I used the word,"cancel ") told me the cancellation department was closed. All that time trying to cancel and mind you I had no paid the "$11.00 dollar fee" nor had I completed signing up according to the recording and they had already removed my ACP connection (application transfer) to Excess Telecom. I finally got to speak with the cancellation department and they said that it would take at least 2-4 hours to transfer it back. I emailed ACP and they still showed me transfered to Excess Telecom. So now I have to call: Sorry ass, Excess telecom back. Why should I do business with a company that keeps getting disconnected?? They better hurry up and fix it!! Correction: not paid not no pay. I couldn't back up and correct it. Have a great day.
