My daughter attempted to call her several times only to be told Kayla is busy. My son in-law called and advised he wanted to speak to Kayla supervisor and suddenly she had all kind of time. When you have supervisor such as Kayla no wonder shentel has so many problems and low ratings. A company is only as good as their employees so this explains a lot.

The service representative, Amanda, came across as unprofessional, unfriendly, and unwilling to assist. Customer service should reflect professionalism, attentiveness, and respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this visit. Based on this interaction, I would rate the experience very poorly and hope management addresses the level of customer service being provided to customers.

Asked him why does he have to refer me elsewhere? i was alrdy in their store! He said he only handles sales for new customer. i told him it's supposed to be a one-stop shop, not just for new customers, but also for existing ones, just like the former employees back there like Cameron & Anthony, who truly did awesome in giving their personalized service w/o limitation! This employee, RAJ, is undeniably lazy & very unaccomodating to me! So before i blow my steam off & go down his level, I just left w/a promise of leaving a bad review, not on Tmobile, but on employees like him!
