Just had the most horrible experience at this location! The large body lady at the counter I believe she is also the manager gave me wrong information when i purchased a phone a couple months ago, she stated that after 3 months of not paying the phone line my phone would be disconnected. Well this is my second month with the phone and i went to the store to pay my monthly fee and i came to find out it was disconnected and now i had to pay a re connection fee of $90 plus $5 service fee another thing she didn't tell me. She kept yapping about doing this for 15 years to avoid people like me whatever that meant. Anyways please stay away from this sales trap especially the unprofessional lady. read more

He even called him out and was screaming names to him outside. A friendly T-Mobile store is located in Bell Gardens just in case you need to go. read more

I'd give this location 0 stars if I could. I wish I would've gotten names but I left furious and annoyed that I didn't bother paying attention to their names. But it was a short brown-skinned man who is the manager, a guy with tattoos and another larger sized guy who was fairly new. The worst customer service in the world. Absolutely sexist and terrible workers, I would never step foot in this location again. What's the saddest part but it also validates my experience..I went to another T-Mobile location and told them about my experience here at this location and they said "you're not the first one to tell us that." Brought a customer to their place and they said the phone can be "locked" by the owner. Which makes no sense because if that's true then phone reselling wouldn't be a thing. Ive sold countless phones and never had a problem till today. The phone was payed for and the phone is fully unlocked no icloud no sim restrictions no nothing. Very bad customer service. Employees hang up on you when your trying to make a complain and they are so unprofessional don't go to this place if you don't want to get services you clearly say you didn't want All they say is we can't help you because you sign when you clearly go in trusting them and they mess up your whole plan. They deserve no stars at all but I want to help others before they even think about going to this place. Horrible experience. They had some guy named Erick attend me who seemed fairly new. Aside from not being quick to help the guy out they just let him make mistakes and ask questions. I kept my patience and finally ordered my purple iPhone 12. It was supposed to be ordered to the store. They ended up ordering to my listed home address which isn't up to date. They did this without verifying any information. So after ordering it Erick then decides to very my address after the fact. Obviously there were issues because I no longer live there. He ended up calling the number to fix this and make sure the iPhone 12 was being sent to the store. He gave me a call later and said everything was fixed and go ahead and sign the email. About 5 days went by and I got an email that my phone was delivered. I sent my mom over to the store while I was on the phone and a guy named Raulsto attended her. Small story short he said he couldn't help me, that I have to call ups and customer service and see what they can do. Oh and that it was my fault for not updating my address. Good job Raulsto , outstanding customer service. Don't go here. read more

I would not recommend coming to this store. I went to pay off my phone and the sales associate switched my SIM card without letting me know she was going to switch it. I went back the next day to get an upgrade and I was told by the assistant manager that insurance was mandatory for all purchases and that I need to cancel it myself. I fought the insurance but he insisted it was company policy to get insurance as I am upgrading. I called customer care and they confirmed to me that insurance is always optional. I do not appreciate being lied to and do changes to my account/device without me authorizing those changes. I will be charged for something I did not want and did not HAVE to get. Very unprofessional. I gave this store 2 stars because it was a clean facility and they were friendly (even tho they lied). So either t mobile customer care told me wrong info about insurance or I was lied to at the store. If anyone knows let us know, since i will not be going back to that store. read more
