The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

When I picked up the "repaired" laptop, no programs or apps opened and CD reader didn't work either. I called Cody's Technologies and they were able to redo the competitor's mistakes and make everything work perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and did great work. They change the battery and my keyboard stops working. They said they are going to need to swap it out. I said ok. But I need my laptop on certain days because this is my work laptop. They weren't able to fix the keyboard that they say was damaged as result of my battery being changed. I still want upset. I take them a back up laptop so they can clone it. They clone the computer but now are telling me that the wifi isn't going to work on the new laptop. I said ok. Just please let me use my old laptop so I can do my work in the mean time while they figure out the wifi. I still wasn't upset. I get home plug in my old laptop and it doesn't turn on. It is the end of the day and they don't answer. THEY HAVE SERIOUSLY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL WITH THEIR SERVICE. Btw services that I still have to pay.
