I will not return to this store. Employee was rude to me from the very beginning. I needed help putting my sim card in my new phone. The employee refused to help me and told me I had to do it myself due to covid. Makes no sense when they are touching everyone else's phones. He refused to offer me a pin so I could open the sim card tray. I reached for a pen and the employee kicked me out of the store. I was told Daniel was the supervisor. I spoke with him and he was rude as well and refused to even try to help with the situation! He needs to go! read more

This place gets a one because of the extreme rudeness and lying by an assistant manager named Daniel. He wouldn't listen to me and and I said just listen and he said I told him to shut up which I did not. I went to speak to the a manager who was at least a bit more appropriate but was not willing to help me even though t-mobile support told me they could. He said they don't have the best software and to do it by phone. T-mobile is horrible once they get you signed up. The time for call waits is over two hours just to set up the phone after you get the sim in. The store obviously is no better. All I wanted to do was switch from Verizon to t-mobile and set up for the curtesy pay off. read more

I am sick and tired of the phone calls and emails and letters from Amsher collecting service about $135 dollars that they say I owe T mobile. I switched from T mobile to Spectrum because of the poor service i get in Del Norte county and bad service going over to Medford for doctor appointments. When I left T mobile I was told my account was closed. I was told by one of the collectors that I owed for WiFi service on a tablet that was given to me in Pleasant Hill Calif for switching from Version to T mobile. I have talked with serveral people in the T mobile office in Crescent City Ca. And after spending 2 hours with the manager I was told it was the fault of the person who was suppose to close the account when I switched to Spectrum. When they call on the phone you have to sit on the phone for over a minute before someone picks up to talk, I want this to go AWAY. Your help is wanted. T mobile POOR service I had to click on one star to send this and that is two much. read more

Terrible customer service by Daniel. He's rude and arrogant. Actually laughed at me for asking for help. Refused to call corporate customer service to confirm my request. Said that they didn't make phone calls at that store. I tried to reach store manage, Josh, next day, but he was never available. I was told to call him but phone always rolled to corporate customer service with 2hour wait time. I finally went to a different t-mobile location and received excellent customer service. Staff has always been helpful, though there have been times where the wait was long. T-Mobile has great phones and great prices, unfortunately, their coverage in the Medford/Rogue Valley area is spotty at best. I really wanted to stay with T-Mobile, but coverage is the main service and in this location, its not good. read more

My husband had an account with TMobile and I was an authorized user on it. In July 2013, my husband died in a car crash. It was a huge shock and I suffered from PTSD due to my huge loss. For months I tried to get TMobile to transfer the account into my name. I had so much difficulty with TMobile - that I made the sad choice to close the account in Nov of 2013. I had given up so much - I was now expected to give up my phone number which I had for over 10 years. In January 2015, I mistakenly made a payment of $113 to the closed account. I called them to ask for a refund. They denied the refund as they said there was outstanding fees on the account. I want to stress that from July to November 2013, I made payments for my usage of the account. These were added fees that were not my responsibility. Now they are keeping my money - even though they state I am not a billing responsible party on the closed account. Their customer service treated me flippantly and did not even have the courtesy of telling me that they were denying the refund. How can a woman that does not have an account with TMobile, that never had an account with TMobile, get denied her money that she mistakenly gave to them?? They did not even give me the courtesy of telling me they were denying the "refund". I left TMobile because their customer service was so horrendous in the first place. Suffering from PTSD, it is very difficult to get transferred multiple times, given conflicting information, or no answers at all to questions. I had one customer service rep promise to call me back on a given day and given time - she never called. I have reached out to my local Better Business Bureau and I hope they can help as well. What stirred me to write this review is how flippant the customer service rep was to me today. She said she was sorry for my loss, but the tone and how she was talking was not at all compassionate, understanding. I hope that other widows never experience this blatant stealing of money. T-Mobile lost business to AT&T because of the lack of interest or courtesy of the employees at this location. I've been an AT&T customer for a while after leaving T-Mobile for various reasons, but my fiancé's old phone was Alcatel, so he was looking at upgrading to T-Mobile. When we walked into the store, it was dark and narrow, and the only two employees present were quietly helping the two existing customers. If they noticed us enter they didn't show it. There was no greeting, nor acknowledgement of any kind, let alone an idea of how long we could expect to wait before they could help us. Left to our own devises, we looked at the available phones, but most of the display models were off, or dead, which left us with no means to test any screen resolutions or operating system features. Despite this, my fiancé decided on a phone after ten or fifteen minutes, anyway. At this time we still had no interaction from the employees. On the one hand, I value attention to existing patrons, - no one should have to have their transaction put on hold because new money walked in- but I also don't believe it's the responsibility of new customers to inform employees they are more than afternoon browsers. We could have made ourselves known in this way, regardless, but it strikes me as being rude and invasive to interrupt another patron's transaction to inform the staff you're also a legitimate customer looking to spend real money. I would wonder if it's expecting too much to think it is the job of the employees to interact with potential customers on their own, but AT&T proves otherwise. And that's exactly where we went when another fifteen minutes of us standing next to the dark phone displays went by with no acknowledgement from the local staff. I don't know who has the time, patience, or brand loyalty to stand around indefinitely without acknowledgement in order to buy a phone, but after half an hour of being ignored, we certainly didn't have any more patience to offer. T-Mobile lost a contract to AT&T as a result of the customer service training (or lack thereof) at this location. If you want a phone and the kind of customer service that makes you feel more like a person than a contract, try AT&T by Harry & David's and ask for Kerry; he'll set you up and make you feel like baking him cookies afterward. read more

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have never dealt with so many incompetent people ever. From the regional manager who stated over the phone that his staff are "idiots" to the store manager who is constantly at lunch and will call me back.... I've had over 6 weeks of issues and going. I have never been called back by anyone at a TMobile store. Now for the list of issues... 1.) They order the wrong phones and charge me for them... 2.) They forgot to mail in my old phones or possible stole them... 3.) Since they didn't return my phones they never sent me my prepaid cards for early termination fees. 4.) At time of sale I was told I would have no activation fees and a $400 store credit because of trade ins... That didn't happen. 5.) About 3 weeks ago I received a bill for $657 for activation and down payments for our new phones "suppose to be cover buy trading in my old phones" I called and said they couldn't do anything about it besides cancel my autopay and look into it. So we did and a 2 weeks ago the automatically deducted the money out of my account... I'm still trying to get a fund. All told I think I'm out about $1000 for switching when the initial quote was my payment will go down $20, I would receive $400 in store credit and wouldn't have to pay anything in early termination fees. Just go somewhere else they all cost about the same and I would gladly pay more to be able to not have to deal with being lied too, getting the run around and possibly stolen from. read more

Do NOT conduct business in this store!!! They allowed an unauthorized party make changes to my account, incurring $927 in EIP plans under my name! The admitted that they did not take identification from the person who went in to the store. The "regional operations manager" assured me he would take care of the balances, yet here I am almost 2 months later, hours spent on the phone with Customer Care, the store, and trying to reach this "regional operations manager", and NOTHING has been resolved! read more

Based on the rankings for this store, it is a carbon copy of the one at 1600 Delta Waters Road# 104. The incompetent clerk who sold me my phone misrepresented the features I specifically asked about. After discovering the features were not available on the phone, I took it back. I was told, by the useless manager of this store, I would have to pay a restocking fee and buy a higher grade phone despite the fact, by his own admission, the phone did not function in the manner it was represented. When I offered to go ahead and pay the restocking fee in the event I would be given credit for the price of the phone against the purchase of an upgrade, his pathetic response was; "I can't do that, I don't have the authority" He didn't offer to call his manager and see if there was anything he could do...nothing. He was a worthless, poor representation of any leadership position, weak and pathetic. But he doesn't care, because next year he'll be working at some other retail gig, telling people; "I can't, I don't have authority..." or whatever other lame weak pathetic excuse he can come up with. Would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Had the WORST customer service experience that I've ever had. And this Medford location contributed to that experience. Have had T-Mobile for more than a decade. Three lines plus a prepaid line, so T-Mobile has gotten much of my money for years. The MANAGER at this site told us during our first visit we could return our two phones, whose lease had expired, to Costco in Medford, where we were buying two more Samsung 8s, on a purchase agreement this time. Got to Costco and they said NO, must return the phones to T-Mobile then return to Costco to buy. So returned to T-Mobile, turned in the phones, and the rep said we could now return to Costco and purchase our new phones. But when we got to Costco (AGAIN) the agent said that T-Mobile had not made the changes in the system to allow us to purchase (rather than lease again.) In the meantime, we were on the phone again with 3 different T-Mobile reps, disconnected once, on hold for 30 minutes then disconnected, and NO ONE could enter the info in the system to allow us to buy 2 new phones, with T-Mobile, at Costco. I've dealt with them before and they were helpful but not terribly efficient. I went in last weekend when my T-Mobile android would not ring. In researching I discovered the problem to be from a Microsoft Upgrade. Figuring this would be a known problem, the local T-Mobile Service Center would be on top of the problem. The fellow who waited on me, Ryan, fiddle-farted with my phone for a small amount of time while discussing with another associate a pending sale of a tablet and informed me I needed to go to computer repair shop. I was taken back by his statement since he spent a minimal amount of time on my android. He then smugly told me he was the most tech-savvy person in the store and that was that. I have admit I told him my dissatisfaction with T-mobile and how they can have a relationship Microsoft but not deal with them. I went home and after awhile got my phone to ring again. I suppose Ryan was the second most tech-savvy person in the store. read more

My husband and I decided to buy new cellphones so we would have cell phone service in Europe this spring. We started out in a nearby city with poor results as the data from our current phones would not easily transfer to our new ones despite repeated assurances that they would. After spending many hours at that location with mediocre results, we decided to try the Medford store. We were amazed at the friendly, competent, helpful, kind service we received from Blake. He devoted his complete attention to addressing our issues and resolving them in record time. He displayed professionalism along with a sense of humor and compassion for those of us who are technologically challenged. We entered the store ready to close our new accounts and take our business to a different carrier but changed our minds after receiving such awesome service from Blake.
