Three to four weeks without glasses, and now we have to wait longer due to some idiot not doing their job right the first time. From being put on hold for over 20 mins, to given wrong information, wrong trial contacts ordered and follow up calls on items we already picked up - our 1st experience here gave us the impression that this place is one hot mess.
