We've been with T mobile over a month and we are really not happy. First, the people at this store made us come back 3 times before they managed to get things set up correctly. Now I have been trying to sign up for the streaming services that are supposed to be included - which we are paying for - and they don't work. We've been trying more than a month to get help and the 800 lines hang up on us, and the people at this store don't answer the phone. Ridiculous. Will probably change carriers again, soon. read more

This is a warning to all women who go to this store. I went in because of the awful experience I have had trying to switch from metro PCS to T mobile, which was offered as a reward for 6 yrs of being a customer. It has been a time consuming experience, filled with conflicting information and incompetence from the T Mobile company, as well as trying to charge me for a phone line that I had already paid for and is a Metro PCS number. It got worse when I went into this store, whom I was told by a T Mobile rep on the phone, was the only store in my area that could accept returns. Another piece of inaccurate information. It was bad enough having to be condescended to by Tim ( the assistant mngr) about how Metro PCS was at fault, even though it was primarily T Mobile customer service that had given me incorrect information and tried to over charge me. They displayed poor business practices. That isn't ok, but what was truly unsettling and makes me want to warn other women was what happened next. It shocked me. I left, frustrated, and walked back in less than 30 seconds later and there was a man at the counter. I waited until he stopped speaking and then began to ask for confirmation I had been in the store and of the assist mngr's name, but didn't get that far because the customer turned around and started swearing at me and insulting me about being a woman, told me it was obvious who I voted for, called me a bitch and crazy and deliberately tried to antagonize and intimidate me. It was vile and unprovoked. And Tim, in the beginning agreed with him and only said "Hey now" when the customer began attacking my perceived political beliefs and other than that did nothing but return to helping a man who had verbally attacked a smaller female customer. The customer was laughing when I left and Tim just went back to helping him, like it was ok. It was completely misogynistic and aggressive by the customer and misogynistic and incompetent on all levels by the assistant manager. If you are female, you might want to bring a friend/witness when visiting this store. read more

The store is always understaffed. I was there with my mother yesterday...it took us at least an hour to get her set up with a new phone, and, in the meantime, three other customers came in who couldn't get waited on because the one and only employee was helping us. Another employee came in but she "had to go to a meeting." No meeting is more important that helping customers. read more

This is going to be a short review. I went into the T-Mobile store next to Fred Meyer to find out why my phone wasn't working. Turns out that I had mistakenly let the plan lapse and T-Mobile had shut my phone and account off. Over a 3 day period, I visited the store and worked with a great rep who was very patient with me and helped me by working with his reps to straighten things out. Bottom line is, I am back up and on my original plan again thanks to Ethan at T-Mobile. Thank you Ethan! read more

When we first got into the store there was 2 employees one left for lunch and left the other guy to help everyone. Long story short we waited way to long to get any help. Finally when it was our time he pitched us higher prices for plans than the other store. Our baby was to fussy from being there for so long that we just left. Waste of time. read more

Visiting T-Mobile is an experience in scam marketing! They will tell you how wonderful their service is but when you sign up, you find out they had lied and said things that were not exactly truthful . Example #1 is when my wife and I signed up for new service they store personnel said we would be getting a 'free' tablet for signing up but what they failed to say was that it was going to be accompanied by a 10 dollar monthly charge to use the tablet on T-Mobiles network. #2 is when we were signing up for cell service they said it would cost us a minimal monthly charge but when we got our bill it was 31.54 more than they said. I would say T-Mobil is the worst cell phone company I've ever been involved with to give factual information about service and costs. We are filing a complaint with the FCC due to their false statements. Beware of anything they say and if you ask them for it in writing they say their corporate policy doesn't allow them to give out information in writing. T-Mobiles phone system seems great but you'll find out they do exactly the same thing, say one thing and do nothing to resolve problems. read more
