We recently came in to purchase a couple phones, instead of the employees helping me set up my…read morephones they spent their time messing around with 4 high school girls that were in there hanging out. After setting up my phones by myself I get home and try to access the internet, not surprised I couldn't..I go back down to the store and the manager (who was busy messing with the girls) looks at the other employee and says "you didn't set up the internet?" I told him no, he did not help me do anything. Finally after a few minutes I had my internet and was on my way. I sincerely hope this is the last time I have to deal with this company, if I need any other help I will drive to St. George, UT and get help from a Sprint/Nextel store there. They did throw in a couple car chargers as an incentive to buy our phones from them.

When we called to ask for pro-rated refund, we were told that TDS does not pro-rate whatsoever! It is maddening and upsetting that we paid almost $90 for nothing! It is a crime and robbery to me! What kind of WiFi service that does not pro-rate??!! Another issue, TDS does not honor what they said. When we first signed up, we were told our monthly bill will not go up, it will be " for life," that is the truth. But an email came last month stating that our monthly bill will be higher by $40.
