We…read morecanceled our WiFi service with TDS on 11/17 and since we did auto-pay on 11/16, a day late, we were charged the full month. When we called to ask for pro-rated refund, we were told that TDS does not pro-rate whatsoever! It is maddening and upsetting that we paid almost $90 for nothing! It is a crime and robbery to me! What kind of WiFi service that does not pro-rate??!! Another issue, TDS does not honor what they said. When we first signed up, we were told our monthly bill will not go up, it will be " for life," that is the truth. But an email came last month stating that our monthly bill will be higher by $40. When we called, we were told nothing can be done about it. That is pathetic and unfair when you don't keep what you said! TDS does not deserve even one star...
