This store sold me a phone that was not made in the United States. So when I went to go switch my phone company to Cricket, there's a 14-day period for refunds. They obviously are not going to tell you this when they initially make your sale. I had to pay close to $300 to unlock my phone and have the permission to take it to another company. But add insult to injury, when I get to the new phone company, T-Mobile sold me a phone that was not made in America. In other words, the phone is limited solely to T-Mobile at that point. Keep away from this company if you can, I had to learn the hard and expensive way not to interact with this phone company. read more

Went in to change/update phone plan. (I am a former Sprint customer). Went in and informed them I am paying way to much on my bill and would like to advantage of T-MOBILE new deals that the sales guy explained to me about. But was informed that in my profile there are no sales available? Why can't they just input information in the system and update my "profile" and introduce me to one of these new deals they spoke to me of. They said there's nothing they can do and just play a waiting game. Damn shame. Unhappy as a current customer and will change service this upcoming month. read more

I've been using T-Mobile for years. Their customer service over the phone is pretty good, but can't say the same for the staff at the store. One time I went, a few years ago, when my first smarphone had problem, I was sent a new phone and c.s. told me over the phone that I can take it to a store and they will help me transfer everything to my new phone. When I went to this store, the guy told me that they could not transfer my contact list over, there was no way to save my pics and I had to re-download all my apps. Seriously? More like he won't want to be bothered. This week I went again to this store, as I am considering getting a new phone. I asked them for the model, the girl was like, oh I've never heard of it, and walked away. I found out later AT&T has it but not T-Mobile. Now, spectacular customer service would be if the rep said, we don't offer this model at T-Mobile but here's other ones you can consider... But again, the rep much preferred to minimize their customer contact. While the staff sucks, I do like that this is a very spacious store, and that all displayed phones are working models, so you can actually play with them to get a good feel before buying. read more

Initially my review was going to be five stars. My experience coming into the store and transitioning from AT&T to T-Mobile was close to perfection. I was very nervous that there was going to be a catch. I would be transferring to another company that was promising to pay off the remaining debt of our phones and ensuring that the monthly payment would not go over $160 for four phone lines. Everything that they said about the monthly bill was 100% correct. I literally am saving $100 a month because of the switch so initially I was super happy of the savings. Here's where it gets complicated. Once I received the last bill with AT&T I was instructed by T-Mobile on how to upload it in order to get the MasterCard check card in order to pay off the remaining balance of the phones. I submitted the phone bill from AT&T and received a prompt stating that I was going to receive about $180 To pay off all four phones. The remainder of the phones were a total of $1000. I immediately emailed the manager of the store who assisted me and was able to find a resolution. Be very careful when switching over and ask a lot of questions on what is the best way to turn in phone and pay off the full amount at other provider. read more

Great customer service. Probably my new favorite T-Mobile to visit. I've read other reviews on this store about the long wait time. As someone who works in retail, I understand that being short staffed is not the employees fault. This has to do with corporate and store budgets. Of course you are going to wait a good amount of time to be attended if there are only 1 or 2 employees on the floor. Proper customer service is attending 1 client at a time from start to finish. Yes, sometimes it takes long, but that's just the way it is. Although I had to wait about 30 minutes to be tended to, I was fine with that. The employees that assisted me were very helpful, informative, and very friendly. They set up my new phone and made sure everything was good to go before letting me walk out the door. They even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was ok with my new phone which no other store has ever done. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because I think they need some more employees on the floor. (I know, not their fault, it's corporate). To conclude this review, I had a great experience and I love my new upgrade. I wish I remembered the names of who helped me, you guys were great and had great attitudes. Hopefully you guys can have more help jump on board to prevent bad reviews from impatient customers. Keep up the great work! read more

Went to assist my older in-laws to get a phone. Was met at the entrance by a salesman , which I asked his name. He lifted his jacket with an attitude like if I was suppose to know his name. ( his name tag said Josh) I explained what we needed. He then stated for me to get too it. I told him what we needed his comment was I'm a salesman I'm here to sell you the most expensive phone. I then explained that we only needed a basic phone , his comment was look around. I then asked him were the least expensive phones where located he pointed and walked away. I looked at a few phones and went up to the counter where he was talking to another salesman. Asked him what the difference of two models where's . He only stated a button. I asked if he could show us the 2 phones; with an attitude he turned his back. I tapped him in the back and told him we'd go somewhere else that wanted to help and sell us a phone. Never had a associate with that bad of an additive. I would fire him on the spot. Give's a good company a bad reputation. We then called T-Mobile an associate that was wonderful and we bought 2 phones. Don't go to that store unless you want to buy the most expensive phone and still get attitude. read more

So BAD.. This guy maybe new never explained the offer correctly. I later found out he charged me the most for a SIM card 20$ each when it should be 10 or some times free. And he said it was phone charges. There is no supervisor or at lease they said that.. The waiting time was very long even though there were only 3 group of clients. read more

I take it back, spoke to the same guy that sold it to me.he calls tmobile and tells me "sorry, but that is considered physical damage" even though he inspected the ph and saw my ph in immaculate condition(not dropped, cracked,etc). Sends me to apple. wow, so you sell me garbage and i am supposed to run around the town to have it fixed or else you will charge me full price for a brand new ph?
