Poor service, and absolutely no support from ATT. Canceled the service after 4 days and now I have to eat a $500 early cancellation fee. Beware of ATT sales reps offering you great deals and if you're happy with Xfinity just stick with them.

The migration, activation and ESIM e-card start with Xfinity was the longest two-day nightmare I have experienced with any service provider I have ever worked with (not just mobile ones). No follow up, things are let hanging and one needs to call several times and go through another nightmare that is to speak with the right attendant. Will give them one month to test their signal quality and reach, otherwise will go back to Verizon.

Seemed like a great deal, come to find out SHE WAS LYING to my face! These people are PRECISELY why Miami natives get a bad reputation. Avoid these cons at all costs or go with a lawyer to verify everything in writing. I will be closing my xfinity internet now because of this experience. I wish them all the best but I won't have anything to do with this train-wreck of a company.
