    I have always been a loyal bestbuy customer since I arrived in this country but they have never treated me so super well. Like last Sunday, Giancarlos Medina helped me and was super patien and giving me all the product information in addition to having good customer service, it is good that Bestbuy has employees like Giarlos who know what is selling. very good for this bestbuy for having employees like giancarlos .     Why do people come to Best Buy?? The customer service sucks they are out of stock in the most popular products and when you buy something they treat you like a criminal at the door so this was my last purchase I will stay buying at Amazon

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! A laundry machine was delivered on May 6th. According to the technician, the laundry machine was working properly. Before the technician left, my husband asked him if the wet floor was normal and he confirmed saying that it was because of the installation. Once the technician left, I went to wash my clothes and when I came back, my entire floor was soaked with water. The water leaked all over and under my floor. We told Best Buy about this issue and they sent over a tech to inspect the washing machine. The tech confirmed that the washing machine was damaged and he scheduled a delivery of a new washing machine. Upon the delivery of the new washing machine, the new techs confirmed that the initial washing machine was not installed correctly and that the drain hose was not hooked up correctly. Causing the water leak. I reported that damage on the same day of the delivery. (May 6th) The damage was reported to Best Buy AND I FILLED A CLAIM. WHAT HAPPENED? NOTHING! MY FLOOR IS DAMAGED, LOOKING VERY UGLY AND THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING YET. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITUATION!! I ATTACHED THE PICTURES SO YOU CAN SEE THE SITUATION OF MY FLOOR!

    Been on Yelp for years and I know have reviewed this business before but somehow either location review was lost or reset, but think so highly of this business always willing to redo,,, This Best Buy location has been serving community for years by consistently having good prices and financing on computers, cellphones, tv's electronics and even appliances. Located on Kendall Dr, (SW 88 Street) just off the Turnpike and in the heart of Kendall. Store is clean, well stocked, organized and staff very well trained, friendly and always available to help. There are so many options to stay home and shop online that this is one of those retail business worth visiting for your home shopping.

    Independent contractor arrived to install dishwasher & stove. Next day, kitchen sinks were clogged & water was seeping out on the floor. Service reps only could get me a repair man to come out in 3 days. Alex, a supervisor, told me to call the store to see if they had someone available to come out. Store personnel mystified at that request as no one on site qualified. I was given a contact number for their insurance for damages but was directed to voicemail. I left a message. 3 days have passed & I am waiting for a service person who was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. I'm not authorized to get my plumber and be reimbursed. Best Buy can't reach the service person but left him a message. I'm still waiting with clogged sinks and a wet kitchen floor... . Does anyone even notice these reviews?

    This is really a busy store. I don't recommend going after 6pm .They have great service and great stuff on sale

    I came to the store and was immediately greeted by Steve. I came to replace my iPhone and camera…read morescreen protectors. Steve found my iPhone screen protector but the camera was out of stock. He went out of his way to log me into the site to request the camera protector guarantee. Great and quick service. The cost was minimal for such great service.

    this is general review of the company. everything about att is bad, they rely on ai to answer…read morechats, phone calls are robo systems using ai tech all of which route and does things you don't even ask for. even so the customer reps are terrible over the phone and 9.99 times out of ten these customer service in the technical department don't have a clue to whats going on as that is the way they train them to read out of book and give answer that don't work or have nothing to do with the problems. then theirs the customer service abroad who are clueless as well to which most time you can't even understand. our business and personal services are in the usa and so is our account, so why do we have to talk to someone overseas who doesn't understand english and if they do we can't understand them. sending out a tech to your home or business in most cases if its residentual you get the six month in tech who relys solely on the tools because he doesn't have the real training or experience to trouble shoot real problems. in my case my landline has been out for almost a year and you can't get anyone to fix it unless you wait for hours on the phone only to be hung up on then forced to call and start over. you ask why in my landline out its because the last time i called for internet issues they had at their crossbox, the tech cut the wire on purpose since they didn't like me telling them the trouble was on thier side. i'm in the process of dropping att landline for another company simply because they don't want to support landlines anymore yet their voip lines are just as worse in all ways because its attached to your internet lines.
