We were trying to buy a new iPhone as ours stopped working. We were trying to set up a payment plan and the phone we were looking to get was $650. Well she continues to mumble to us that we are going to be paying $110 for 11 months. Doesn't add up to me so I asked her if she could explain what the extra $600 was we were going to be paying every month and she just sat there and said she didn't know. She took a picture of the screen and showed us and so we were asking what each item was and she kept saying "I don't know go somewhere else then." Then continued to take the sim card out of the phone and putting stuff up on the wall. There was no one else in there so it's not like we were holding up a line but she literally told us to just go somewhere else. Seriously? So we had to drive to another Metro and they actually explained to us what we would be paying for and our different options. Absolutely terrible and felt very disrespected by someone that had no right to act any type of way towards us because we were being patient and respectful the entire 2 hours we were in there. Go somewhere else.

We called and had them come out the next day, which he did and told us it would be $400.00. But, now only the clock works. They will not come back out and hook it back up right for us. Granted they came out to give us a quote, but hook our stove back correctly. Also, we got a quote from someone else to fix it for $140.00

Do NOT trust them to come actually spray your yard…read more I've been home most times they've sprayed and witnessed some really good techs that made a huge difference for my yard. The last time their techs came out, I was home and watched them. They did not do most of my property. They left so quickly I actually thought they got called away for something and they were going to come back. I called the office and was told I just did not understand and their techs pinky promised they really really did spray the yard. I insisted that I watched them and they did not but the most they would do is tell me to call back in a few days for a respray if I still noticed problems. When I called back, I was told I missed the window by 2 days and they told me I would need to wait another week and a half for my next spray and they'd knock $20 off. Never mind that I cannot go outside right now without getting swarmed by mosquitos. I cancelled immediately and all they said was "sorry for the miscommunication" Outside might be fun again but only if you can be home to watch them and make sure they actually spray like they're charging you to do. Otherwise, you're going to be out to dry.
