Val was great and helped me with my router issue, going way out of the way to fix the problem. But many of the other employees were very unprofessional, especially Chandler. Chandler was very rude to the customers and then came to lean on the counter while I was being helped by Val. He was scrolling on his phone, being snarky toward Val and ignoring the line of customers who were waiting to be helped. There were a few other observations I saw of employees being disciplined and embarrassed by their coworkers in front of customers. I hardly ever leave reviews because I'm not a Karen, but this annoyed me and I couldn't wait to leave. read more

I did an upgrade on another phone a couple of days ago and I received the best customer service. His name was Taylor. He got me the best phone ( Samsung 9) I had the 7 edge. He gave me his card to call him directly, not customer service. He was fast and efficient. He knew his stuff. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me much, even though i got the screen protector and a case, but it's only $3 more a month on my bill no interests. He was great, even with my little boy who was really wanting that iPhone 1000, ha...no! Anyway, go see Taylor. He's great and mention me. I love leaving great reviews read more

POOR CUSTOMER CARE: Yesterday, I stopped by the T-Mobile Store on Belle Isle to check on the shipping status and to confirm the model type of the new tablet that I upgraded to back in the middle of February. The location that I did the upgrade was the I-240 Service Road location and I was given an expectant date of delivery between March 15th - March 30th,2022. So, I am all excited when I go in because it is now the 20th of March and I had started to look forward to receiving my new device soon. I walked in and spoke with a young man named "Taylor" who was helpful at first and I told him why I came in. He was initially not able to pull that information for me up on his tablet; he stated that he would have to go in the back and check their system from there which he was successful and came back with a sticky note with my order number and tablet that I upgraded to which was the iPad 9th Gen. So, I was relieved that he was able to find the order number and he was correct about the item that I was inquiring about. He went to his tablet and pulled up a screen and stated that they would not be any coming in until April the 8th which shocked and disappointed me because I had already waited over a month to receive mine and now there is a great possibility that it will not come in until the second week of April if then. I told him maybe I should cancel it and re-order with Best Buy or Apple themselves and I was not sure if I wanted to wait any longer at this point, he began to become agitated I wanted to express to him that that new date should not apply to my order since it was placed over a month ago. He abruptly and rudely cut me off and said "Let me finish my statement" harshly I did not snap on him, I allowed him to finish his statement which did not address my issue which was what caused the date to be pushed back? He was clearly agitated and bothered since I was not satisfied with his reasoning which was they were waiting on Apple to ship the devices. And as I was speaking you could clearly see on his face that he was annoyed with me and he had a look on his face which stated "Lady, what you are talking about?" I then did the right thing which was to inform him that I wanted some else to assist me. He did not want to turn it over to another person to insist me, so he went to another associate named "Shelby" to get clarification on what he was saying to me. I then informed her as well that I would like someone else to assist me. Let me mention that there were only two customers total in the store and three employees and the time which was around 2:15p.m. so they were not super busy, and it was not so late in the day so his attitude was not warranted in my eyes. He was just annoyed that he did not have the skill set to answer my questions. So, he tried to be very belittling and that was not working for him. I thought if I spoke with another associate, they may be able to clear things up but to no avail "Shelby" too was not helpful as well she did pull up my account and showed me a screen that showed that I had not ordered anything since 2020 and I asked her "Are you saying no transaction took placed last month? Nothing changed?" She stated that nothing had changed on my account. She was just not willing to get involve and assist me but rather chose to support Taylor. I stated Taylor had gone in the back previously and was able to locate an order number all I would like is for you to look in and see if there is a note or reason why things changed. She was not willing to assist me and began to act as if she took could not understand what I was talking about. I gave the manager "Ian" a shot at clearing the matter up for me then I could be on my way. I said "Sir, you are the manager you have a greater level of access than anyone here; would you go and check your computer in the back and confirm the date for my item and see what caused the delivery date to change?" He too was not willing to assist or even try or look into the matter and declined my request three times and told me that I needed to go back to the originator and see if that manager can figure out what happened "I can't." Really smug and I proceed to leave then he added "You have a wonder day!" which he said sarcastically. What a manager and an example of not being a problem solver but just "lazy!" The manger clearly does not care. I pray that the Regional or the District Manager for this location as well as any and all Quality Control Supervisors who are supposed ensure that their employees and exuberating the best possible customer service qualities toward their customers and represent T-Mobile in the best possible way and its core qualities and it's best interest which is its valued customers. I did go back to the store on I-240 Service Road, and they pulled the information right up on their tablet and showed me the dates had not changed and it is being shipped to me! This is about the T-Mobile service, not only for the store. My text cant not be sent out all the time or delay for a few hours. It got warrenty out 3 times, changed 3 times of sim cards, still do the same, I bought extra warrenty, they wont change it to a non Samsung phone. All they can do it just warrenty the phone or call customer service hotline. power off the phone, reset. etc. Every time when warrenty it will cost me $5 and time, I also had to pay a deposit for a loaner phone. read more

I just had a HORRIBLE experience here with a woman named Sandra. I purchased a phone there a couple weeks ago and specifically asked about the return policy. I was NEVER informed that there was a $50 restocking fee. When I told her this, she simply flipped to the back page of my contract/receipt and pointed to it. I told her I understood what it said, yet the employee who sold me the phone never mentioned it even though I specifically asked. I have no problem paying a restocking fee, but when I ask about it and it is intentionally omitted, I have a problem. She was rude, hateful, and I would NEVER step foot in the store again while she is employed there. I can't wait to contact corporate and relay this information. She was just plain rude and mean. Props to Chase, though. He handled the situation incredibly well considering the conversation I had with his "boss." She has no business in customer service. read more
