I visited the T Mobile location on Route 10 in Morris Plains one week ago. I had just changed carriers and set up my new account on the phone. I had issues trying to get through to customer service the day I tried to activate my account. I went to this store and a young lady helped me. Ahe discovered my account was set up incorrectly and fixes it. She was such a blessing and so much help. I beyher name was Yemely? Sorry if I butchered that. It was a great experience! read more

My problem wit T mobile in Morristown is not so much with the employees (who by the way are not the nicest) but with the company itself for not training their employees! We were sold a $50.00 SIM card that was totally useless. This we were told by Tmobil in New York after one day when we were in the city and the phone was still not working! They also told us that Morristown should reimburse us but that of course did not happen! So for the future anyone with a European phone do not go for help to the Morristown TMobil!!!!! read more
