I had to call multiple times and even get an advocate involved. Didn't help much. Replaced battery with generic so I get error messages from the laptop. Out almost $400 by time I had to replace the stylus, didn't have the laptop for 3 weeks and now I have a whole 15 minutes extra battery life. Extremely disappointing.
