I went in to get a 30 day prepay plan with T-Satellite for 30 days to see if I liked the coverage and service in anticipation of switching service for multiole phones and watches to T-Mobile. The person helping me took a random store phone call and just kept on helping the caller as if I did not exist. I waited for a bit, but the store guy just kept on with the random caller who had all kinds of technical questions. I waved to the store rep and he just said "Sorry" and kept on chatting helping the random caller. Sorry for sure at this location. read more

This store is the poster child for how far retail workers have fallen. I'm quitting T-Mobile after two weeks solely because of the absolute apathy present among this location's staff. The manager is actively a jerk. T-Mobile doesn't deserve my business. There are plenty of options. read more

My experience on my two visits to the T Mobile store in was poor, due to the managers poor customer service. I came in to take advantage of the promotion being offered. The trade in on my phone (Apple 11 in excellemt condition) was $120, Apple offered me $200 when I had visited them a few weeks before. I should have driven back to the Apple Store! This was my first indication that I should have steered clear. a third party value was even higher, still the all over value of the promotion seemed promising. After the manager attempted to upsell me expensive accessories which I didn't need, he also added the T mobile insurance rather than apple care which is three dollars more a month. Unfortunately, I had trouble with the actual phone, after three calls to apple and an engineering review, they said that since I was still within my return period, I should return it and get a new phone. I brought it back, but the store did not have the same model phone. The real kicker was that I was no longer eligible for the promotion since I didn't have a trade in. Well, they took my trade in and now would not credit it back to me. They insisted that this was T Mobile policy that all tradins are final. One quick call to T mobile proved them to be liars, as they did refund me the $120 (for an iPhone 11 in excellent condition) right away and also reverted my plan to a less expensive one. Eventually we ended up in a t mobile store in white plains where they had excellent customer service, solved our problems and answered our questions. There is a nice fellow called Elvis, but the manager himself is a smarmy, fast talking thief. I feel that the Apple Store experienc, where I could have gotten the same promotion, had I known, is better as there is no upselling and everything is explained clearly. read more

I took my father to start a new service with T-Mobile. My father is elderly and came with a lot of questions. Richard was amazing and patience. So, I'm used to this - bc of my age young people either don't want to be bothered or ignore me. Went into the store before noon, one person talking to the guy and it was just social chatting. Waited about ten minutes, he waved me over. Told him the phone keeps shutting down, the screen freezing unexpectedly and restarting and the notifications are driving me crazy. He mumbled something about hitting the side button, told me that the phone shuts down if not in use (I was using it when it shut down, duh). then the store phone rang, he walked away from me- no "excuse me, I'll be right back". Talked on the phone for awhile and then came back to me without giving a rats behind. He was done - I wasn't buying anything and he was getting paid whether or not he helped me. I knew it was a mistake getting rid of my IPhone - apple may be a pain in the butt but their customer service is pretty good. I've never been brushed off or ignored. Oh, and the Samsung phone I'm stuck with - well, it keeps chiming out that TMobile tune every other second. You guys are making Verizon and Optimum look good and that's pretty hard to do. read more

Went to this T-Mobile location today to get a replacement SIM card. The woman at the counter (Cristabel... I hope I spelled that right) was awesome. Took the SIM card out of her own phone and put it in my phone to check if mine was not working, and then talked to the store manager so I wouldn't have to pay for the card. Have never had such good customer service from T-Mobile... Thank you!!! read more
