So we are on a family plan and the other day T-Mobile was like "we thank you for being a loyal customer for over 20 years" wow! That's crazy! To think of it that way, T-Mobile has never disappointed us. This location is super clean inside and out. The guys here were friendly. I was here to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday for solar eclipse glasses! usually redemptions are one per person/phone line but you have to have your phone there to redeem and able them. I did have mine but they were generous enough to give me additional. They also weren't the cheap flimsy lens so these were great for my young child. My current phone is about to give out on me and will be back at this location to upgrade! read more

Went in to get new phones and was ignored after trying to setup phone. No one offered to help and we were essentially scooted out once we paid the cost. Unprofessional environment, when we asked for help, the assistant manager gave a sarcastic remark, something like "idk what's going on" like he didn't want to help us figure out the next steps... The initial employee who was helping us disappeared for like 45 min and was high on the job, just a pure smell of weed, didn't explain any details and you could tell he didn't care about trying to help or answer questions we had. read more

I arrived at lunchtime and had to wait a while to get helped, but it was worth it. The person that helped me - Kerri - is a real gem. I am technically challenged but she took the time to go over things with me. I went from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 12, so I was fairly lost. She gave me full directions on how to switch phones at home but I got stuck on updating the operating system so I had to go back to the store. She patiently walked me through the process and helped me scrub my old phone too. Kerri was great! The store staff is very COVID conscious. All wear masks and they wipe down phones and desk very frequently. I felt very safe in the store. read more

Went in to the store in December in response to an offer of a new tablet. I already had an older tablet on my account and I told them I would not need 2. They told me that I had to add a line for the new tablet offer but that I could remove the old tablet after March 2024. I figured $15 won't hurt($5/month), so I did the deal. Fast forward to now April 2024. I call T Mobile to cancel the tablet line and they inform me that cancelling ANY line before the 24 months voids the deal on the tablet. So now I am stuck with a line that I don't need on a tablet that I don't use. I hate it when I am LIED TO so they can get their sale. read more

ridiculously horrible customer service! had 2 different experiences within a week apart. first week - they had no interest in helping us. one employee was helping a customer (nothing wrong with that) but there were other employeesthat were not occupied but all employees eventually helped that one customer! second week - it was busy, which is fine. we were somewhat greeted, but the customers after us were put on a waitlist upon arroval and no one mentioned a waitlist to us. after a short while (maybe like 10 minutes) another customer walked in and was immediately put on the waitlist before us... customer service is horrible. read more

1st, this is our 1st time with T mobile and we are those people that read reviews on EVERYTHING. With that being said, we passed up several stores to drive to this one. They had awesome reviews & now we know why! These folks are so on their game. No matter who needs help these folks worked seamlessly as a team to get the job done. We were greeted as soon as we entered the doors by Brielle who was so patient & knowledgeable. There was another young lady who helped with a process question (Keri) I hope I got that name right. The team was rounded out by Terrence & Josh. They had a great attitude toward just helping in general. I have never felt like I just can't say enough great things about these folks! Please do yourself a hugh favor & just come to the folks. No way you would get better serves with anyone else. Brielle made sure we got every benefit we could possibly get. These guys rocked it! We also got to watch them in act with more challenging situations and they were totally professional and well equipped to handle them. read more

All out awesome service. I would trust my grandparents to come here for a phone and know they will be cared for and not over sold. Honest,hard working people w/o a doubt. Kenneth took great care of me, didn't oversell or lie and when I had an issue that was initiated by me Jim the manager cleaned up the mess promptly- I truly can't thank y'all enough for the awesome customer experience I had at your store. If you want honesty when trying to decide on and buy a cell phone come here hands down, great people and even better service.
