I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 19 years the prices just keep going up no real incentives for long term customers.

This is not a real T-Mobile Store!!!!!! Its an "Authorized Retailer." Beware - the staff there will not tell you that because they want your commission!!! My phone was broken and they tried to tell me there was no way for me to buy a new phone without adding a new line. That is false! You just need to go to a real (corporate) T-Mobile Store - there is one on Carolton. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever had. I walked in and stated clearly - I need to buy a phone today, I don't need anything else. She could have just told me I needed to go to a corporate store for that issue. Instead, she made me wait there for 30 minutes, assuring me that its impossible to buy a phone without adding a new line. Obviously that is not true, people's phones break or get stolen all the time, they just buy new phones. Eventually after speaking to her manager, Jonathan, he explained they get paid on commission - no wonder she didn't want to redirect me to the right location!! Anyway once I called a family member and she spoke to real T-Mobile customer service, we realized this is a fake T-Mobile Store and that is why there are limited options. When I said that, the staff member who was supposed to help me became very nasty and rude. Extremely unprofessional. She had no sense of customer service or even human decency. I didn't have a phone to call anyone or look anything up. She basically just said I was shit out of luck. She wouldn't even give me the phone number for the real T-Mobile Store so I could call and see what time they were open until. When I asked her her name, she refused to give it to me (.... not professional at all!!!). All I can say is she had hair that was dyed bright red. Her coworkers on service were Jonathan (a manager) and Joanna, and both were equally as unhelpful as this girl with the bright red hair. Don't come here if you want a phone!!! They are no help and do not deserve your commission. I hope the manager reads this and the girl with the red hair gets fired. read more

The team at this T-Mobile location went above and beyond to help us out. My wife's phone died and they were able to resurrect it (partially) so she could get her data off. They didn't rush us while picking out her new phone or working out the issues to get her data from the dead phone. read more

The 5 stars is for Kate. A total above and beyond experience. My phone got stolen and the T-mobile insurance is a nightmare. So 0 stars to the insurance. 0 stars to T-mobile for choosing a company that makes it impossible to come in store, pay the deductible and get set up with a new phone. Kate is a real gem. If anyone from corporate is reading this please give her a raise. She is the only reason I didn't switch phone companies. Also dear T-mobile corporate, get your ducks in a row. In taking the return and looking at my account, Jalen B. not only caught several errors resulting in a bill 3xs norm, he explained the issue, corrected the problem, adjusted the bill, and credited $$ the account. I'm a new T mobile customer, and I had an issue with my phone not working.I was just getting off of work, and I arrived about an hr before closing. A gentleman by the name of Joseph was kind enough to help me. When the issue could not be resolved in store, he let me use their phone because mine was not working. He had good customer service skills! Very patient and nice. His co worker Keyontae did not. She was unpleasant and had attitude FOR NO REASON. The store was closing soon, but I had no interaction with her for her to act that way! I felt unwelcomed and left with regrets for switching to t mobile. So, if you go to this location ask for Joseph or anybody else because Keyontae needs to work on customer service. read more

The most awful experience at this store. My sister has a prepaid line and she just wanted to buy a new phone well of course they try and get over on her, and make her pay for a new prepaid line. Which wasn't necessary, anyways they double charge her account and didn't give her a receipt. So I go over there with her and 2 guys were busy helping their customer, there was this employee female on her on iPhone having a face time convo with a friend, I was standing there for 10 minutes she finally decides to ask how can she help, I tell her what's going on about why my sister was charged twice she says she doesn't know and CAN NOT refund me anything to call the bank for a refund! Just horrible experience over all. So be aware of being charged twice and not being able to get money back!! I believe her name was Brooke or arione whoever she is, she will not get far in life with that awful attitude. Currently waiting for Monday for a manager to fix this matter. read more

I was visiting New Orleans and lost my phone. This was the closest location. I met Brandon and he was awesome! He knew about every product in the store. I thought I purchased a brand new iPhone 6s 64 GB. I have had nothing but trouble. I wanted to return the phone for a full refund. I am on the phone every day with T-Mobile, Apple, AOL, etc. Naturally they didn't want to lose my business. They sent me to the Apple store to exchange my phone. I did so. Only I didn't notice until after I arrived home that it was a used phone from 2016, and ONLY 32 GB!! I NEVER would have bought a 32 GB phone! It was listed as a 64GB in their system for around 2 to 3 weeks before it was changed to 32 GB. Also, according to their system I refused a replacement phone...sent back per customer request...not true! Either they have incompetent employees, have been hacked, or their employees have been paid to change my records. I am so angry and frustrated. I feel so ripped off. Overpaying for a used phone when I purchased a new iPhone 6s 64GB and now I have a used iPhone 6s 32GB. They (T-Mobile) tell me they have NEVER sold 64GB iPhones! I am so tired of being lied too!!!! read more
